Eventually, I went in person, and suddenly the results were available and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I had to go through my symptoms for over 9 days longer than necessary, which was very frustrating. Dr. Bodon herself is great, but better communication, follow-up, and urgency from the front desk and assistants would make a big difference in the overall patient experience.

Other OBs did not think it was necessary since I was young and it was "only" my first miscarriage. I was too scared to try again until someone recommended Dr. Cobb. Dr. Cobb respects and truly understands my concerns, and he was willing to take extra steps to ensure my pregnancy was closely monitored. He made me feel that I had a certain level of control over my pregnancy, rather than simply being instructed. During delivery, my baby's heart rate was unstable for five hours, and I was unable to make further progress after reaching eight centimeters dilation. I asked whether it was time for an emergency C section. Dr. Cobb eased my mind and placed additional monitors to carefully track my baby's heart rate. My baby boy was ultimately delivered safely through a vaginal birth. I feel incredibly blessed to have had him as my OB throughout this pregnancy. Every visit made me feel respected, well cared for, and reassured. I would recommend him to everyone in San Diego!

I spent more time with the lady that was setting up my chart than with the nurse practitioner that preformed my papsmear. I was in with the np for 3 minutes tops maybe even less. No professionalism whatsoever. It's been a month now and they have yet to put up the results of my test on the online portal. I called and was told that the results will go up when the np looks at the results first. Asked when that would be and was told she did not know. With this kind of service I'd rather drive back out to where I had my gynecologist before moving here. I can see the reason for the bad reviews. It's a shame, I really wanted to like this place.

When I called to schedule, I was asked what I would be seen for. I told them, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Fast for 4 months to the day before my appointment, they call me and tell me Dr Arthur doesn't treat those conditions, so I need to cancel. In the four months of waiting for my appointment, I had called the staff 3 separate times because of issues with scheduling and insurance. Each time, I again stated what I was being seen for. It's absolutely ridiculous that they waited until the day before my appointment to say I couldn't be seen.
