I went in for std tests and was already very nervous for the tests. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from friendly people at the front. The process was quick and easy and all the staff was very helpful, kind, and comforting. Angie, Kat, maria, anayeli were some of the ones I talked to and got names. They were amazing! I made an appointment for 1250pm I waited till 1:25 in the lobby for my 12:50pm appointment. I was already frustrated as my appointment was over 30 mins ago. They moved me to a room where I now am waiting another 30 plus minutes for a doctor to do a 30 second swab and I could of been done and gone... Excuse is there understaffed, then why offer those appointment times knowing your understaffed and can't get people in on time? There 1-2 hours behind schedule I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING MORENO VALLEY NOT HEMET EVER. It may look nice but the people are judgmental, rude, and not on time for appointments so don't plan anything after your appointment as you may be here 2-4 hours just for SIMPLE TESTS This is just a regular STD Screening and I usually am in and out 10-15 minutes. read more

I just want to say how ABSOLUTELY amazing this place is! I was freaking out... needed a day after pill... I came in (they where closing soon) and they have them here $25! Awesome! But at the time litterally DEAD BROKE.... I was going to leave and she told me I could get it free if I did an appointment with my insurance she gave me the appointment for 330 and it was 320! Perfect! Not only did I get the day after pill but she loaded me up with condoms! Thank goodness! I also got to do an hiv test and a few other tests RIGHT THEN AND THERE! This was so life saving, I couldn't be more grateful for this place and the AMAZING staff that was working there! Thank you so much! First time at this office and probably won't be back. The front office staff was very friendly but whoever is in charge of the scheduling needs some work.. I had my appointment scheduled for 90 MINUTES AGO and I'm still sitting in the room waiting for the doctor. I don't get how a clinic can be so backed up with an office full of staff !! I'm already nervous as it is for my appointment and to make matters worse I'm just sitting in the room not knowing when it's my turn. .. had multiple people come in telling me it would be 20 more min.. 15 more min.. ended up just walking out. read more

I get bad anxiety going into any clinics. As soon as I got to the front desk I was greeted by a friendly staff that made me feel less anxious. The wait time wasn't as bad as other reviews made it seem at all. Once I got back the medicinal assistant and nurses were beyond friendly, helped educate me and made me feel like they truly cared. This place is amazing. Super clean and brand new. The staff is AMAZING. I was a walk in and they took care of me quickly. They all made me feel super welcome at ease. I highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a safe place to go. There were protesters outside of the building (which obviously has nothing to do with the facility) they were yelling at me asking me why I was there. Just ignore them if you're there. They said they are normally there on Wednesdays. So if you're not in the mood for them, maybe go on another day. I will for sure be back! read more

Yes, the place is brand new and looks clean. The staff appears to be nice. My biggest gripe is the wait. I arrived at 10:10. It took awhile for the front desk to verify my insurance. 10:40, I get called in the back. It seems they are quick and they will call all their patients in the back and conduct the normal screening. The assistance was done with me by 11. You're in the nurses office for a long time. At this moment, I've been waiting for 30 mins and counting. (11:35) What a waste of time. read more

Coming here with my son was already concerning due do what was going on with him. As soon as we enter we come to a window where we were treated so rudely. First she looks at me I tell her the appointment is for my son and she looks at me and tells me to sit down cause she can only speak to him but just the way she said it so rude. I understand patient privacy cause I too work in the Medical field and understand the policy. So my son has a broken right hand and couldn't write so my son calls me over and says mom can you help me so I walk over and again so rudely she asked do you need something at this point I'm upset and look at her and tell her no!! Can't you see his hand is broken he can't write!! She rolled her eyes and said O!! Then when it came time for my son to give them a 4 digit code I asked my son what pin would you like again the staff member looks at me and says he can just tell us I was like ok I went to go sit down and she said the pin # so loud everyone heard in the waiting room witch made no sense as to why my son just couldn't let me write it on the paper.. you know a lot of teens come hear scared and confused and nerves as it is and to be treated like this is unacceptable.. you should always be kind and courteous cause these patients have to deal with front desk in order to see the doctor so do better!!!! I had an appointment and was waiting in line to check in and a nice lady brought me back and got me checked in. She then told me to wait in the waiting area...not even five minutes later I was called back. A nice gal gave me a cup for a urine sample and was waiting for me outside. Once I gave the sample I was promptly taken into a room and was asked a few questions...short after the PA came in and he was nice too.
