Pressure Washing and Deck Repair…read more I have hired Richard twice now. The first time Richard came out it was to do pressure washing around the house. I wish I had taken a before and after picture because the difference was absolutely amazing. He took the time to get the work just right. Areas that I thought would not get cleaned ended up looking wonderful. He did such great work that my neighbors asked if he could do their driveway because the difference was so visible. On top of the quality work, he noticed that the side of the house had a small crack in it. Richard immediately alerted us and gave us suggestions as to who we could talk to to check it out. We asked him to repair the crack, but he was honest enough to let us know that there was a good chance that there might be some more serious issues than just the crack. He wanted us to have it checked out so we wouldn't have to pay for continual repairs. It's not often that you get that quality of service! The second job I had him come out for was a deck repair. He did an excellent job on the deck. He saved me money by inspecting each and every board keeping those that were able to be used again. (What a huge savings!) Parts of the deck was rotting and he left the area open to show me the work that needed to be done before doing it. He gave me several options for repair and I was able to chose what worked best for me. I truly have not had repair work done by someone who genuinely cares so much about his customers. Richard is very busy. He gives you a time frame and sticks to it. I had no problems with him returning my calls and answering my many questions. I would absolutely use him again for work around my house.

At approximately 14 months, I contacted the company and requested to pay and schedule the first touchup service I was told by Jennifer in the office who was not the most pleasant employee I've ever spoken with that. I had to wait until September as that was when I was entitled to the first touchup service at the 895 Price. After reviewing the contract in my opinion, the language is ambiguous and does not specifically say I cannot exercise my right to have the two touchup services done early. I would say the fact that they are unwilling to honor the contract at the 895 Price a couple of months prior to their alleged position shows a company that is simply trying to escape the duties and the specifications under their contract. They were most pleasant to work with initially but now a year and a couple of months later suddenly that's not the case I would not recommend premier brick paver restoration company.
