They…read morecalled my husband to get direction to our home and told my husband that they would be a little while because "I have a guy baking right now" What the HELL???? BAKING!!!!!??????? This was my mother I was going to send with them...I had visions of them pulling out her gold teeth. I cancelled and Hospice told them that they would NEVER referr anyone to them again. I had more compassion from our vet when my son's hamster died. How crude and crass. When Hospice confronted the OWNER, he denided it!!!!!Yeah, my husband made it all up. ASSHOLE!
