So instead of giving a bulk price or just saying no that he could not do that he stated that he was going to raise the price by 25%. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the pressure tactics that were attempted to be employed especially being a long time customer for many large home improvement projects. Buyer beware as this was a shocking experience.

However, we did buy a copper finished light pendant from Natalie for $137.00. At time of purchase she opened the top of the box so we could confirm it was the pendant we had chosen. Before assembly, my husband opened the box and a unique little screw and loop was missing and the cord was frayed. We immediately called Natalie and she said we were a couple of days past purchase date. She would not swap it out or even give us a stored credit. She got me to send all sorts of pictures on March 8 and said she would research to see if the manufacturer would take it back and would call us back in a couple of days. So... never heard back from Natalie, so my husband spent a lot of time looking for the special screw and top loop and spent over $40 on parts to rewire the pendant. Thank goodness we did not spend thousands of $ on tile from them. I'm supposing if some tile were to break during shipment, they would not consider it their problem. Not a good way to run a business!

They then took time to go over some kegerator hook up situations and how to avoid them. They absolutely go above and beyond and it's obvious they care about their customers. Filling a tank was a small job both monetary and work but they treated me as if it was any large purchase. The rates for filling are absolutely unbelievably reasonable. They obviously do fire protection sales and repairs it appears, but treat even the smallest requests the same. Love the customer service.

We were concerned about sunlight coming in and making sure no one could see in as well. There were no full shades to try and only several inches of samples that we had to go off of. We also made clear that blackout shades were not an option in our kitchen and living room since that is where the most sunlight comes in. Once the shades were installed, we instantly knew in our kitchen and living room that these shades were not capable of blocking any sunlight, whatsoever, and also created intense heat that we were not prepared for. We contacted Darla and all that was offered was blackout shades at almost full price. We were not looking for a discount and just wanted a non-costly solution, but there was no response to this and no concern, whatsoever. We eventually had to reach out to another company and they came up with an extremely unique and non-costly solution that we are very happy with. Afterwards, we expressed to Darla our disappointment. All we received was a business response stating she is bound by the company's guidelines. Again, all we wanted was some concern for our predicament and a possible solution. Not a suggestion of something we already said we did not want. I absolutely do not recommend this company. There are no room for mistakes and no one to show any concern if there is one.
