I have clients come to our house so it doubles as my place of business, and leaving clients (literally) in the dark was not going to work. Jim greeted me and immediately offered solutions to my issues. As a pregnant 29 year old with very basic experience in DIY, Jim was informative and helpful without being condescending. We found a simple light under my budget and a "dusk to dawn" LED bulb to up our efficiency. No more leaving clients in the dark AND no more accidentally leaving lights on all day.
