So I went to the showroom and bought a new dryer. The ladies in the showroom are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. The new dryer Got delivered and I started using it, right away. And low behold the new dryer acted the same as the old dryer. I called and I told them I wanted my old dryer back and asked to see the pictures of the wires that were supposedly chewed by some rodent and all he could provide was a picture of the lint , dust and some droppings and as you can see the housing is still in tact . I was told my old dryer was already taken to scrap. Then Mr Josh came to do a quote for a new HVAC system and found that the circuit breaker was no good. I went to speak with owner about this issue. For I never had to buy a new dryer in the first place. I wanted my service fee back and the cost of my dryer which was only 4 years old. After speaking with the owner Destin Anderson he would not budge on any compensation for this matter. Unfortunately I will have to do some legal proceedings and after I told him I was going to my lawyer and as I was walking out he said well that's going to be a $2500 retaining fee...Merry Xmas. I will never recommend them to anyone. So please be careful with this outfit.

We contacted them and Ivey's tech came out the following morning, thought he had diagnosed the problem, which was a leak in the coolant and rusted, ruptured coil. Unfortunately the initial fix did not hold and, 2 days later another one of their techs arrived. He found the problem, repaired the damage and we were not charged for either the second call or the fix (which was pricey.) Great, prompt response, they stand behind their service and treat the customer with respect and understanding. We will be calling them again whenever our heating and AC starts to act up.
