Her treatment began with an interview that ranged from questions regarding the location, nature, and possible causes of the pain to a review of my daily habits and routine. She then asked me to move my arms in various ways and directions and to report when and where I felt pain. There followed a demonstration, using a physical model of the shoulder, of how the shoulder skeleton and muscles work, pointing out where the problem most probably originated and how it would most likely affect the muscles and nerves in my arms. Subsequently and over the course of several weeks with two appointments per week, she introduced a series of exercises and adjustments to my routine (with how-to print-outs of each) that have made a significant difference in how I feel and can move. I was particularly impressed by the fact that, although she has a long roster of patients, at every appointment she remembered the particulars of my specific condition, which resulted in a very personalized (not a one-size-fits-all) regimen. I was assured that their system was "secure". And what happens? The day after I put my card on file with them, I have fraud on my account, first for $1 (which was caught and stopped) and then a second charge of $2K. The only response from them is that they are so sorry that I have fraud on my credit card but that their system is "secure". They held my medical care hostage to get my credit card # on file and then it got used fraudulently.
