When I got my ACL+Meniscus surgery all planned out I made sue to call the office and schedule my Pre-Op appts - it was like 8 appts all at once but best decision I made because it made everything so much easier when I was out of surgery. Front desk are okay. Some of them seem young and don't have the professional skills as pre-covid but what can you do. They are at least friendly and help you out.
