Thankfully I can say I had a good experience so far at Panorama PT. Seems very busy and different from other PT places I've gone too (more busy) but it gets the job done. Especially since I live in Georgetown which is about a. 30 min drive and was so happy to know there was Panorama PT and Surgeon's office in Golden. I see Kyle (who won't be there much longer unfortunately) and he has been phenomenal. Gives me great tips, I love that he pushes me (nothing too far ofc). I'm naturally a stronger individual so to have a PT who is also CSCS certified was very nice. I've received help from other therapists as well and they have all been kind and knowledgeable. When I got my ACL+Meniscus surgery all planned out I made sue to call the office and schedule my Pre-Op appts - it was like 8 appts all at once but best decision I made because it made everything so much easier when I was out of surgery. Front desk are okay. Some of them seem young and don't have the professional skills as pre-covid but what can you do. They are at least friendly and help you out. The therapist my husband saw was not showing any creativity in adjusting his treatment and exercises. Additionally rather than reporting his progress he reported what my husband said to him regarding exercise. You would think my husband was a body builder rather than a 67 year old who can't walk even a mile. We are beyond frustrated additionally they have made it so Medicare won't cover and now will try to get us to pay their inflated therapy prices. read more

I received physical therapy for my shoulder. The care was fine, but what they didn't tell me correctly was the cost. The office staff indicated it was $75 a visit (each visit is half hour) after looking up my insurance situation (had not met my deductible yet), and encouraged me to book twice a week for five to six weeks based on that rate. But in reality, first visit was almost $280 and next three visits varied but averaged $140 a visit (costs more if they give you dry needling or more exercises the billing person said). "The cost decreased after I met my deductible to averaging $28 a visit. When I called the office, they said they truly thought it was $75 a visit but admitted I needed to talk to the billing department who understands the actual cost. So talk to billing department, not office staff, so you are not surprised. read more

My experience with Panorama Physical Therapy: Started rough. Rotator cuff surgery 10/6/20. (my surgeon and the surgical staff were great) then a receptionist from Panorama Physical Therapy called 1 1/2 weeks post surgery, I was at the store and requested a call back.... Nothing!! During the next 2 1/2 weeks AFTER THAT 1ST CALL I left 4 messages on their VM but I heard nothing back. Ultimately I had to call Dr. Robinson's office to inform them of the situation. PT called THE NEXT DAY!! At my 1st appointment I requested that the receptionist make ALL of the appointments because my schedule is open and I live CLOSE!! ALSO to keep a consistent schedule as I knew it was key to my recovery. They scheduled the whole 6 weeks and all is good. Unfortunately I seriously pulled a muscle in my thigh and COULD NOT WALK unassisted!! My boyfriend took a lot of time off work repeatedly because we knew it was crucial to my surgical recovery!! When I called to schedule additional appointments with both Jack for my leg & Abby for my shoulder recovery the only appointment I was offered was 4 weeks away!! I DID NOT use the full 6 weeks of appointments for my shoulder NOR my leg but the front desk at Panorama Physical Therapy required a new "script" for BOTH 'limbs' and Dr. Robinson's office immediately sent that to them. When my initial '6 weeks' of shoulder appointments were completed my therapist, Abby Criss, told she me I needed more appointments but when I tried to schedule them I was put off for a MONTH!!! "No appointments available" & I requested to be put on the cancellation list but NEVER heard anything!! I called 2 WEEKS later and was asked by the receptionist if I wanted to be put an the cancellation list for ALL of the therapists. Well of course!! Any Different therapists in better than NONE!! Well it's now 12/23/20 I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL!! The Receptionist and or Front Office Staff does NOT CARE about us patients and the reviews I've read go back at least a year !!! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY !!! read more

My hand therapist deserves a 5-star rating. She has been accommodating and excellent in her work with me. The rest of the operation is terrible! The front desk personnel are NOT understanding or accommodating to their clients needs. My very first visit I had the person I interacted with say he would go and find out what happened to my appointment and who I would be seeing that day. He NEVER came back, he just left me hanging in the lobby. Their scheduling personnel are beyond incompetent. Due to life, I called 2 weeks ago to change an appointment I had scheduled for the 19th to the 21st. The scheduler at the time was able to accommodate my request, so I asked that my appointment on the 19th be cancelled. I went in for my scheduled weekly visit yesterday (the 13th) the front desk person stated I wasn't scheduled for a session until the 19th. In other words, instead of cancelling my appointment on the 19th they had cancelled my appointment on the 13th. The front desk person was unapologetic and not interested at all in addressing their mistake! I just want anyone reading the reviews while trying to decide if they want to use this facility that the organization, front office, and back office personnel will make your experience horrible. You may want to consider another PT operation. I truly feel sorry for the physical therapists working there! read more

I go to Panorama Physical Therapy because I was told by colleagues in Oregon that they had one of the best hand therapists in the nation and sure enough, she is. However, I have watched several employees over time that are hostile, rude, fail the clients, and are incompetent, of whom the clinical director allows to continue in their incompetence, creating hostility in the workplace, treating clients rudely, and behaving in a very hostile manner to other staff. Why any competent director would allow this behavior is beyond me. Why would he allow such negativity to ruin the workplace and the experience of clients? According to my observations, the therapist there are the greatest, most of the support staff are really kind and professional but some the support staff are arrogant, rude and hostile. I only go there for the therapist but often cringe when I am going to check in because of a very mean spirited clerk and another support staff member who is so arrogant and so incompetent that he ruins the clinical activities and treats his superiors arrogantly and rudely. Apparently, Chris, the clinical director, perpetuates these problems. I should not have to deal with this kind of hostility and incompetence when I go for a therapy. I should not have to cringe every time I walk through the doors but I do in order to get help from one of the best therapists in the nation. read more

I have been doing physical therapy at Panorama for the last several weeks for my lumbar spine issues and have had an amazing experience with Austin and T.H. They are incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate therapists that are experienced working with many patients. Scheduling was incredibly easy and they even had same-day and weekend appointments. My recovery is going better than expected and couldn't be happier with the experience I've had and will use them in the future for any physical therapy needs. read more

They are excellent at handling any of your insurance questions and the physical therapist here aim to have their patients back on their feet with out medication or continual therapy as soon as possible. I've never had a problem scheduling my 12 appointments for chronic neck pain PT. The therapists are first class and they work closely with the doctors to provide continuity of care. My only problem is making a left hand turn off of 6th Ave in the mornings because of a short green arrow. read more

The actual PT team has been great, and I have loved every part of my experience with panorama orthopedic where I worked with Dr Deol and had extensive surgery on my ankle. But the front desk team at Panorama physical therapy has tainted my whole experience. They have completely ignored me when I walk in, frequently get confused when scheduling appointments even when I provide them with my name, date of birth and other identifying information, and they seem to spend more time talking to one another than the patients. Since there are never less than 3 of them at the desk, plus 2 other admin folks in the back, it's shocking that they still screw up billing, appointments and customer service so completely. read more

When I made my appointment I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for my first appointment as I would need to complete paperwork. I was told I I didn't arrive 30 minutes early that I would have to reschedule my appointment. I did as instructed and after completing my paperwork (which took under 5 minutes!) was told my appointment wasn't for another 25 minutes! They said the message was an automated one and that it should have been 15 minutes! Sorry, but I made my appointment in person and was told 30 minutes! They have all sorts of warning for being more than 10 minutes late, my time is important too, don't keep me waiting for 30 minutes! read more

Went here a few times and had an awful experience. Had very little time with the actual licensed physical therapist and then was just handed over to the technicians. The technicians then set me up on the electrode machine to help stimulate my muscles which is great, however they tend to turn it up to high and then go joke around with each other in the back of the facility where you can't signal for help to have them turn it down. Arrived 30 minutes early as instructed, took 5 min to fill out paperwork. I was the first appointment of the day, my therapist still was 10 minutes late. This was my first visit, therapist spent maybe 30 minutes with me. He kept disappearing during my stretches. Nowhere to be found. Had me do exercises with a yellow band, needed to do them at home to help strengthen my foot. No one have me a yellow band. After my session was done, they iced my foot. It leaked all over me and got my clothes soaked. When that was done my therapist was nowhere around, I guess I was done, I didn't know. I'm going to give it another try with a different therapist, my PT name is Tom. My ortho doc at Panorama is.a great and wonderful doc, very happy there. My doc is Dr. Mark Conklin. This is the worst run office of any type I have ever seen. Every one of the appointments I had scheduled were canceled or rescheduled without even bothering to notify me. They can't handle the volume of patients they have requiring unacceptable long waits between appointments. If your recovery is important to you seek another provider. read more

I went here for three months with zero results. I had an inflamed knee tendon and the exercises prescribed were geared to strengthen my hips, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't address the inflammation in my knee. I spent hundreds of dollars and many hours of time with zero results. They also made me do the exercises alone, and I ALWAYS needed to ask how many reps/sets. I am now going to a different physical therapy office and hope to be active again in the next 6-8 weeks. If you don't want your time wasted, go elsewhere. read more

I had a ski accident last February, and sustained a severe hand break. It was a Thursday, spent all day in Vail Medical, they splinted it, and my primary care physician, Chandra Houpt, here in Denver, referred us to Dr. John Froelich at Panorama Orthopedics. We were fortunate to get an appointment the next day, on Friday, and I spent the night in Vail, in a hotel, in the most excruciating pain ever. (They did, of course, offer me pain medication, which I can't take because it makes me violently ill, at Vail Medical, and they were awesome as well.) It was a Friday when we saw Dr. Froelich, and a busy Friday, we could tell. He was so patient, professional, kind, and he and his staff took very good care of me. Three of my metacarpals were broken, I had three different casts over a period of several months, and my hand is just doing great. He is a wonderful, caring physician! also did PT there, and I soooooo highly recommend Dr. Froelich and his team. They are fabulous!!!!! I'm good as new for the upcoming ski season!!!! Thanks Doc! The facility ran my insurance and spoke to my provider and assured me that I had 20 covered visits. After completing a session the claim was run and denied. The facility refused to take responsibility for passing on misinformation to me which led to my using their services. Furthermore they are billing me the amount that they charged the insurance company. Keep in mind that if I was a cash paying patient without insurance I would only pay $65 but since they ran it through insurance they are charging me the inflated cost. Obviously a facility in out for the money and willing to lie to patients in order to get more business. read more

I went to the Westminster location and was disappointed with the type of PT and they charged a second very expensive "evaluation" just because I was 31 days from appt to appt. Crazy. $350 for no real hands on therapy. I am not going back. read more
