I called and texted again the next morning, and only then did he reply to say he was on vacation. He offered no backup plan or referral, leaving me to find another plumber to fix the mess. Long story short, his guys came back to replace the pipe under the house and I asked for a quote to proactively fix anything that might be wearing out in the near future. They only replaced a short section where it had collapsed and it took them less than an hour and only used a single piece of 2" pipe and some fittings. He tried to charge me for 3 hours of work and $100 in parts. Even said "he had his guys on GPS at my house for that time". I checked my camera and found that he was trying to pad an hour so he could charge me more. Even had his guys stand around for quite a while and then come to my door after waiting so they could try to say they worked that time. They didn't even gather information to quote additional work that I'd requested. I wrote him a reply email explaining that I had camera footage proving he was lying about the GPS timeframes. He never replied, even after I wrote a second time to confirm. Horrible customer service and he tried to rip me off. I would not recommend this company.
