I called him out once for a leak from these fittings. He charged me $90 just to come out on a project he installed. When I had a second leak from a same type of fitting, he tried to charge me $90 again, when he knew from the previous 2 times that these fittings were poor. He has a real schtick to keep people paying. When I questioned him about charging another $90, he literally ripped the bill out of my hand and said "if you are going to cry about it, hire another plumber and see what he charges you". Very rude and inappropriate. Good riddance - never again. My advice is to look elsewhere for an honest plumber who isn't hostile.

He showed up on the day and time he said he would. He called when he was leaving his last job to say he was on his way. When he ran into an issue, that was not his fault, and had to come back, he came the next day after hours to finish what he started to make the job correct and complete. He went above and beyond to check all of my shower spray heads to clean out the sediment and make sure they flowed correctly. He offered and did that on his own because he was not happy with water flow after his hot water heater replacement. To my delighted surprise they said they would have someone here in the next 15-30 minutes. Billy and Chris showed up within that time, asked about some other plumbing issues I had mentioned to their office, and after looking at all the problem spots, got to work. They replaced 6 hose bibs (all were 26 years old and had been problematic for a while), flushed my tankless hot water heater and repaired it's condensation line, and got both sinks draining perfectly. That was not a quick fix as there was a clog way down there, greasy something and they had to use a couple snakes and then another tool to fix it. I was worried they would say they couldn't get it, but they just kept working at it. They said they don't stop until they have fixed something or tried all available means of repair.
