To my delighted surprise they said they would have someone here in the next 15-30 minutes. Billy and Chris showed up within that time, asked about some other plumbing issues I had mentioned to their office, and after looking at all the problem spots, got to work. They replaced 6 hose bibs (all were 26 years old and had been problematic for a while), flushed my tankless hot water heater and repaired it's condensation line, and got both sinks draining perfectly. That was not a quick fix as there was a clog way down there, greasy something and they had to use a couple snakes and then another tool to fix it. I was worried they would say they couldn't get it, but they just kept working at it. They said they don't stop until they have fixed something or tried all available means of repair. They were both professional, friendly and pleasant to work with. The jobs were fairly priced. I will call RJCarter for all my plumbing problems and highly recommend them.
