Zach made it to my house and explained to me that the water hammer resistors I had in place needed to be moved from the back of the washing machine to the water faucet instead and lo and behold, the thumping stopped! Wonderful advice. We then discussed the second issue I had with removing the broken disposal and once the price was provided, I approved the work and he quickly got to it. He was very professional, left the entire area tidy and also gave me great insight into how the repiping would be done, which is something I need to save up for to get done. Billy and Chris showed up within that time, asked about some other plumbing issues I had mentioned to their office, and after looking at all the problem spots, got to work. They replaced 6 hose bibs (all were 26 years old and had been problematic for a while), flushed my tankless hot water heater and repaired it's condensation line, and got both sinks draining perfectly. That was not a quick fix as there was a clog way down there, greasy something and they had to use a couple snakes and then another tool to fix it.
