If you pick up a tool @ 2:00 pm and bring it back @ 8:00 am the next day they will only charge you a half day. If you stay friendly they will help you. Just keep your patients.

We called Thayers and Roger and Owen surprised us by picking it up, repairing it better than new and delivering it in time for our company to arrive.
