I wish I took pictures on how it looked before but trust me it was horrific. I used Yelps handy dandy help to locate local Glass replacement business and I was able to inquire about quotes to a few businesses. Supreme Auto Glass was the business I decided to go with due to affordability. Alex, the owner was professional, communicative, flexible, and provided exceptional customer service. The fact that they can meet you where it's convenient for you is a huge plus, especially if you have a busy schedule. If you have to go grocery shopping, he can work on your car while you Grocery shop which we all know grocery shopping takes a while and he provides at estimated time of completion as well as calling you once your vehicle is ready. Initially I was going to have the glass replacement at our place. However, meeting by the coffee shop I wanted to check out worked out for both of us since it was closer to him and I got to have some coffee and enjoy the weather while I waited. They told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The reason I'm giving them a low rating is because my Milwaukee headlamp went missing after my visit. That was the last place I went before going home, and I had left the lamp on my passenger seat before handing them my keys so they could take the car to the back. I got my car back and everything. My mistake was not checking if all my belongings were still there before leaving, because honestly, I wasn't expecting anything to be missing when I was literally there waiting the whole time. Later that day, when I got home to install my door speakers, it had gotten dark, so I went to grab my lamp -- and it was gone. I had literally left it on the passenger seat before they took the car. Keep in mind, I keep my car clean, so it would've been easy to spot. I checked everywhere in the car, giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they had moved it somewhere while working on it. After searching for a while, I tried calling, but they had already closed. The next day I called back. The same person who helped me said they remembered seeing the lamp and that they "left it there," and then told me they would check the cameras to see if any staff grabbed it thinking it was theirs. Like mf, you were literally in the back with them the whole time. That shit didn't make sense. All I know is it was there before the visit and gone right after. Broke nih activities
