Wrong Part Ordered: Right out of the gate, no one ever verified which window I needed replaced. The installer showed up with a windshield glass instead of a driver side window, which meant I had to wait an additional two days before work could even begin. A simple phone call or text to confirm the details beforehand would have completely avoided this. Installation Issues: Once the correct glass arrived, the installation didn't go smoothly either. The installer was unable to get the window rolling up and down correctly and ultimately left my door partially unassembled. After doing some research myself I discovered the window wasn't properly aligned with the side track. Once I aligned it myself everything worked perfectly. Bottom Line: The installer did offer a $75 discount which I appreciated, and he seemed genuinely eager to do good work. However at the end of the day I paid $250 for a job I largely had to finish myself. I'd suggest this company invest in more training before taking on jobs independently. I wish them well but cannot recommend at this time.

Went in a couple of weeks ago because the glue they used was failing, and my rear glass was close to flying out. I did not expect a warranty repair after that long, but at least stand by your ads and repair it. Gave me a song and dance about glues not matching that years glue? Huh? remove all the old adhesive, and reglue. I asked to have a tech look at it. Sales person up front said $800 or go to a Mom and Pop shop. I love both my mom, and pop. I trusted them to care for me, and my well being, to love me. So I left and drove about two miles from them to Auto Glass Xperts. Mom greeted me at the door with a huge smile. Quickly had a couple of Xperts look at my glass and give me the lowdown. Yes, they can Repair, yes they can replace. Both services together less than the one option at Safelite. I had it repaired so I could go on a trip. I am back, and now I just had the new glass installed. Both still cost less than SL. The nerve of them to use the term "Mom and Pop", in such a derogatory fashion and think customers that choose smaller shops might not get the best service over theirs. AGX proved to be the Mom and Pop we all need. No catchy jingle, just savings that fold neatly in your wallet. You are paying for glass and labor, not commercials the other guys don't stand by anyway. Despite the hassle and unexpected expense, I had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Xperts from initial contact through the actual home visit and back window replacement. The woman who assisted me during my intake call was polite and professional, despite it being close to closing time. She explained the entire process to me as well as the charges, and assured me someone would come to my home the following afternoon between 1 and 5. I felt the price was reasonable enough that's I didn't bother to shop around for something better and booked my appointment. Brandon showed up at 1pm. He was very professional, courteous, and detailed oriented. He made sure I understood the process and made recommendations on how to deal with any remaining glass that their machines might not be able to vacuum up. He efficiently took care of my window and did a great job. Not only that but there were no surprise charges or anything like that. He also made sure to explain how long Auto Glass Xperts guaranteed their work and how long I should wait before any washing or tinting of my window. They sealed it, disconnected the sunroof and fully cleaned out the debris.
