The visit is 75 and the bill was up front. they don't pester they just ask and any additional. 75 is probably so people don't cancel. 10/10 I will return again.

Due to her age I chose NOT to have biopsies sent to lab so the vet marked out the fees for biopsies and wrote a new amount of approximate $100 to $150. When I picked her up after the surgery I was handed a bill for $607. Very unhappy and will never use them again!!

The receptionist said we should go to Cherry Point, which we promptly did because our chihuahua needed attention. Cherry Point was welcoming and helpful. They found the problem and we have a plan to get our baby healthy again. Ironically, they discovered some dental issues that Dr. Roark overlooked. This is inexcusable because our chihuahua sees her annually plus she did her nails every month. Needless to say our chihuahua and two cats have a new doctor. Something has happened to Dr. Roark over the years because years ago I took a stray in without an appointment and Dr. Roark treated it without issue. Today she refused to treat a 12 year established patient in distress.

Over the years, our pets and us have enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism of the staff up front and the other vets and techs. A few stand out especially Ariel. The ones who don't have great rapport with customers and animals don't last long at this office. We have always been presented with available options and recommendations. They emphasize preventive care and, like seemingly all vets, have a few products or brands that they endorse. Scheduling is accommodating, they took reasonable Covid precautions during the surges, and help us keep our pack healthy and happy. One of our dogs is very hyper and can be hard to handle. They just "lay the lovin' on" him and treat him as if he's a VIP instead of the half-banshee that he really is. We've been through new puppy care to lumps and bumps and that final goodbye with a few dogs here. Before we found Dr Webb, we tried another vet nearby and I refused to return and deal with the snippy attitude of the person at the front desk. I'm glad for that experience, because I would not have found Dr Webb otherwise.

Of course we were not happy with the additional cost and when we questioned it, it was met with a very unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend this vet simply because they charge you whatever and tell you they have no control over the pricing. Then when you question it, you are asked to leave.

I can honestly say that I HATE this VA. I moved from California a year ago. I came here ahead of…read moretime, months before I moved to get my speciality care clinics set up and medications. When I moved I jumped through more hoops. Literally rewind to when I got out of the Navy over 20 years ago. They refused to keep me on meds I have been on for over 5 years such as a injectable for high cholesterol. When they wouldn't fill it my cholesterol spiked and no shock they said Oh it was great in June I said yea because I was on repatha. They say we have to try 3 stupid pills before anything else. Dental is the next one... I had a root canal in Cali 2 years ago, literally rotted and my tooth partly fell out, needed a emergency extraction... 6 months later with tons of pain, I finally got it. They now refuse to give me an implant though dentist and oral surgeon said there should be no issues. I am service connected for my back and got back injections in Cali.... been 1.5 freaking years and STILL have not got service for my service connected disabilities. I was part of "Move time" in California for 6 years. When I moved here they said I have to start from scratch and retake ALL of the classes, they refused to refill my Zepbound. They say they can only do 2 people a week on injectables even though I was ALREADY on them. I have went above an beyond taking all the classes they require and then some and I meet ALL of the requirements this crappy VA has to be on injectables. They do not bother to look at your record though I had my move time doctor from Cali literally email them saying that I have been on everything and what side effects I had with what. But no, they can't possibly do their job and look at my record. Another main thing is Mental Health.... majority of veterans have mental health issues, but trying to get help, forget it. You have to wait 6 months to see a counselor and if they put in for you to see someone for meds management its just as bad. Then they complain about 22 veterans a day committing suicide.... I wont why... Maybe if they got us the medical help we need.... This VA is the WORST.

The staff is friendly, helpful, kind and professional. They go above and beyond to provide you with patient care. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet! Very refreshing after my terrible experiences at the Las Vegas Veterans Hospital. I just can't praise them enough!
