I went into the branch and met Yunus, an extremely helpful and qualified representative. He told me everything looked OK as far as how the account was opened and all the requirements were met. He was puzzled why the bonus wasn't paid out. He asked me to be patient and give him a few days and he will advance the issue to a review team to resolve the issue. Two days later, he followed up with a call saying that the issue is under review. The next day, the $400 promotional bonus was put in my new checking account. I was so impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable Yunus is! I'm now looking at HELOC options as well as if possible personal loan as I'm so happy to do business at this branch and highly recommend you get your banking needs from Yunus in Carol Stream!

Once the Post Master was alerted to the situation, he personally drove to the Geneva Road location to determine for himself what the issue was. After receiving nearly $100 in overdraft fees, West Suburban received the certified mail with a check which was deposited, but NO CREDIT for the OD fees was issued to the account. This is the worst customer service we've ever experienced. The account is now closed, and we will probably never recover the fees that should never have been charged.
