Zero stars. Doesn't take quarters, nobody there in the bullet proof glass booth. Changed the "gift/debit" card company they use. Somewhere between $10 and $20 of my money gone. Only good feature, location near city line, local bar next door in the little strip mall. read more

My dryer was broken, so I had to make a few trips to the Andorra Laundromat. Buying a card and adding credit to it wasn't completely straightforward, and using the card in the machines was a bit confusing. The place was pleasant enough for a laundromat, relatively clean. There was a TV on for some entertainment. A lot of the machines were out of order, but there were still plenty available. read more

Have watched this place go down hill but the worst has been this past year with the new owners/managers. Most recently on Thursday. Front loader dies leaving clothes sitting in water. At least I could them move to a new machine and spend more money. The worst part is that despite two phone numbers I only got voicemail on one. The other number was supposedly to the manager. But not to his cell only to the office at the laundromat. Could hear the 12 rings and no voice mail. Web site for the laundromat as found on the managers business card does not exist. Address on the business card does not exist in Philadelphia. Shame. This use to be a good place with good equipment but it is not the same. read more

Wow. Our dryer is broken, so we've been taking the laundry out to be washed. Sometimes we do it ourselves with their machines, and sometimes we leave it to be done for us. We've used a couple places in Germantown, and one in Narberth. It's been fine. But last weekend the clothes came home and they were visibly different. Super-clean and folded in such a way that they were wrinkle-free. We have pets, we don't own an iron -- this is a freakish experience for me. I didn't recognize my stuff. I don't think my friends will recognize me. I thought I was decent at doing laundry, I was wrong. These people know some kind of magic. And I keep being surprised at how nice everything looks every time I get dressed, so I figured they deserved to be reviewed. Bonus: the clothes are scent-free. Typically I'd get my clothes back and they'd smell like someone else's detergent -- not a bad small, but just not like *me*. These clothes have no smell at all. I think I'm going to be disappointed when we get the dryer fixed. read more

Wash and fold service was a saving grace while our washer/dryer were being installed. Same day service was key!

Once I got over the fact that I had to take my laundry to a laundromat at my new apartment ... I grew to like this place. The first few times we went we actually dropped our laundry off to be done. It usually prices at about $1.00 /lb (but you would be surprised how heavy your laundry can be) if you're not tight on money like us, this is an awesome service ! You drop your laundry off, have it weighed, pay for it and come back to totally clean, sorted, folded laundry neatly packed back in your laundry baskets! (I would say that we would average around $40 for a week or so of clothing for 2 adults) Well worth it if you're short on time or just despise doing laundry. We now wash our clothing ourselves and take advantage of their 80 lb capacity washers! You can literally load in like 4-5 loads of wash and wash them at once for about $8 !! Drying is cheap too ! They keep this place clean and it's pretty quiet to get laundry done during a weekday ! read more

Despite the rude staff and numerous broken machines, I came here because it's convenient to my home. Until one Sunday when I was informed by a surly employee that they were closing 2 hours early because she had to catch a bus. Not my problem. She shouldn't take a job that doesn't fit into her schedule. I now go to Roxborough Laundromat. Good riddance. read more

Best laundromat I've ever been to! Clean, modern, well lit, safe. I'm here on Wonderful Wednesday - 25% off. Dryers are always free with each wash. The attendant was friendly and walked me through the card loading payment system. I came for the oversized washer. They also have wash, dry and fold service. $16 for queen sized comforter. I've visited this business 2 times a month, and it's the best in town. The place is always clean and the machines are always working. Mr. Roberts is my favorite, great to talk to, and offers help whenever I need it. They just started a new Special were you get free washes, and you can win an IPAD, NOOK, or Kindle. The Jukebox is a lot of fun, and the owner is always thinking up new ideas to make your laundromat experience fun. Not to mention, there's a Grahams Pub right next door, so if you do get bored, you can have good food and drinks. read more

Washer/dryer is on the fritz, and we are waiting for replacements. A really clean, pleasant place. Washers and dryers are clean inside, the equipment appears to be well cared for, and both the attendant and owner were very friendly. The owner even gave us some coins, as he recognized us as coming in for the first time. Anxious to get my own washer/dryer back, but in the mean time, not a bad place to do the laundry. read more

I come here every other weekend and have for years but I think I must cut bait and move on. First, every other dryer said Out of Order. Finally, new dryers arrived. Now, I am looking at 2 out of 5 washers right in the front of the store with Out of Order signs. The one I am using has been washing and rinsing and spinning since 5:20pm so that'll make 3 out of 5 down. I don't even know how many others there are. Hey Owner! Handle your business or sell the damn place! This is a disgrace! It's obvious you don't care about this place. Move on because I know I am. read more

Haven't visited this laundromat in awhile.I brought my king sized comforter in to be washed today and found this laundromat to be very clean , well lit and the attendant, Rosa, was friendly and helpful.I 'm not a frequent laundromat user, so I needed a little help with the machines and payment method.Rosa even put clean tennis balls in the dryer to fluff up the comforter, too.!! Highly recommend this business. read more
