Dr. Martin immediately came up with a plan to move the teeth to create spaces for implants. When the spaces opened up he attached Pontic teeth, so I wasn't left with giant gaps. Other orthodontics that I had talked to gave the option of shoving all my teeth together, which would have deformed my side profile and bite. Dr. Martin is the most accommodating and personable doctor I've known. His staff is the sweetest and is always apt to advocate for you. Several times they've made me retainers absolutely free. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. Most businesses are good in the beginning, but after they receive payment, things tend to change. I'm glad this was definitely not the case with AM Orthodontics! Initially, I was referred to Dr Moopen by my Prosthodontist to straighten my teeth as a precursor to my treatment with him involving implants and correcting my bite. From my first visit (consultation), I felt the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr Moopen said he would take care of me and he'd do the best he could considering my unique situation. After agreeing to start treatment, I was informed that the braces would be on for about 2 years. They put white porcelain brackets on my top teeth so it looked more natural. On average I would do quick follow ups every 2-4 weeks during the process. Depending on the day of week, would depend on which doctor I would see. Because of my schedule and availability, I ended up being seen by Dr Jason Latham probably 80% of my treatment. All the doctors were wonderful, as they always made me feel comfortable, were thorough, and explained things so I could easily understand. They left detailed notes each visit for my Prosthodontist and always had open lines of communication. I really appreciated the collaborative teamwork. The front desk and ortho assistants were all wonderful as well. Each of them knew me by name and were all super nice. After 27 months, my treatment ended and braces removed. My teeth were straightened and looked so much better than when I first arrived. I could not be more pleased! I can honestly say that this office of professionals have been one me of the best medical experiences of my life. I also want to give special mention and appreciation to Dr Latham. I truly cannot thank him enough for his work, professionalism, and comforting personality. It's obvious to me how much he enjoys his job and genuinely cares about his patients. I was really sad my last visit because I knew my time there was coming to an end and I would no longer be seeing this awesome staff anymore.
