Dalila my hairstylist have been taking care of my hair for a little bit over 2 years. When I started coming to Andrea Bravo Salon my hair was dry, damage and had no volume. But Dalila has been taking care of my hair all this time and my hair looks amazing! Everyone gives me compliments on how beautiful and healthy my hair is and looks. Everyone can tell the difference from before to present. The way they work here is unique. It's not like any other regular hair salon. A soon as you walk in you feel the good energy vibes. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and the owners come and greet you and check on how are you doing if they're around. Hair stylist take their time and inspect your hair where you can see on a special device with a camera how damage or healthy you have your hair. Based on their inspection they give you recommendations of what kind of treatment will help you. I'm very happy and satisfied with my results. My hair is healthy, looks healthy and has grown which that was an issue before. I have also used several of their hair products to maintain my hair healthy, shiny and hydrated. All their products are amazing and their treatments as well. You can't go wrong with any of the treatments you get done or products you buy to give maintenance to your hair. I'm currently in love with the caviar products and I'm going to start trying a new heat protector they have which will review after some time of use. Arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, only to be told there is no one available to complete my service.....I read a similar review happened to someone else, i chose to give the benefit of the doubt. I asked if a different service with equal credit value could be completed, since i took time out of my day to be here, the truly unprofessional individual replied he is not able to do so. He told me to cancel my appointment, which how does that make sense if i am gonna eat the cancellation fee?? I educated him, that it is his responsibility to cancel as his business cannot provide the services. He stated he did not have access to classpass to cancel my appointment and i would have to contact on my own....Lousy business. Called to see if they can take me on Monday by 6. I called at 5. They said they can accommodate me if I was to arrive by 5:30. Luckily I did arrive by 5:30. I go in they have me sit for a minute or two and then give me a tablet so that I can put in all my information so they can set up a profile for me. While I'm filling it out they ask if I would like coffee or a water or tea. By the time they come back with my water, I'm done with the profile. They walk me over to my chair and they go over your hair to see how dry it is or the density or whatever mumbo-jumbo after letting me know what she recommends I say OK let's go with option number 1. I can't remember everything- It was a wash a style a cut and some type of conditioner to make my hair shinier feel healthier for all $150. I did ask for a butterfly cut. I've had a butterfly cut before so I knew what I wanted and I didn't really pay too much attention after she was all done and styled it until I tried to do my hair this morning and I noticed that I couldn't get the layers right it feels like there is just a big chunk that was taken off at the top and then one at the bottom so instead of multiple layers or a layer look I only have two layers on my hair right now and then the front is not even cut symmetrically. Very disappointed. Please note that I did provide a picture so she knows how short I wanted to go. read more

This place is a Scam. ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE REVIEWS. They provide you discount to make you write reviews before they bill you at the counter. As soon as you come inside, they give a list of things that is bad in your hair and charge you for multiple items (like Botox etc..). I had gone for Nanoplasty and in the website they mention it will be 80% straightened. After my first wash, my hair is completely curled up as in photos. I called them to state this and they now are mentioning that they told me options of Keratin treatments etc for straightening my hair. They had not done any of that and did not make me aware of it. They are now asking me to come for a Keratin treatment stating that will make my hair straightened and I will have to pay for that. I told them multiple times that they had not told me any of this and only thing they had told me was that it would not be fully straight, which I assumed was 80% as per their website. However, they keep mentioning that they had told me this multiple times (while they had not even said it once) Worst Part: Completely unprofessional and customer service is horrible even though they had a very unhappy customer. They were rude on the phone when I was explaining my concern DO NOT GO HERE. They will make you spend a lot more money than in the website, and make you put a 5 star review stating they will reduce $10 or so in the bill. Overall, I spent $600 for a treatment that was good enough only till the 1st wash. read more

At first glance the place is clean and very stylish. Everybody greats you with a friendly face and a smile. They also offered coffee water or mimosas as soon as I came in (I chose the mimosa of course lol). Before they start on your hair they do a scalp evaluation which lets them know exactly what your scalp and hair need. I came in for a keratin treatment but ended up also getting a detox treatment after my scalp evaluation. I worked with Bielka and she was great she kept me informed of what she was doing the whole time. Super friendly and I loved how my hair and cut came out.
