This was my first and definitely my last time coming here. I went in for a simple black hair color and blow dry. My hair is short and very thin, so I was honestly shocked when I was charged $175. I've never paid that much for such a basic service before. What made it worse was that when I got home and checked my hair with a mirror, I noticed I was left with dye stains all over the back of my neck/back. Great place , brought my 4 year old for a haircut and they made her feel comfortable. They took the time to make sure her hair was even since we went with just one layer and recommended products that I can incorporate into her hair based on me letting her know we struggle with tangled hair. I called and the receptionist was kind enough to let me go without an appointment. When I got there I was received by a sweet and talented woman named Esperanza. She washed my hair and then I showed her photos of what I wanted and talked to her about it. She cut my hair better than any haircut I've ever had. I've gone to other salons in the past and would tell the hair stylist what I wanted and they'd do what they thought was best and never listened to me and left me disappointed and ignored. Don't waste your money! When you walk in they barely acknowledge you! Horrible customer service and over priced! I wanted a simple trim, just my tips, no hair drying or styling and it was $25 Which is fine if it was a good job but when I got home and actually tried to style it I noticed how bad it was, it was uneven. It was very noticeable, I couldn't straighten my hair for months until it eventually grew out and I went elsewhere to get a cut. I wanted to go from red to gray and was trying to avoid the awkward "orange" phase. A friend recommended this place and I am so glad I tried it out. I was skeptical it could be done but they were able to accomplish it. I wasn't planning on writing a review, but I was just asking for a quote on a trim and they were charging me $38 just for a trim, that's really expensive. When I asked the girl on the phone why so much, she replied because they charge based on their experience not on what they do. I went elsewhere and paid less money for a really nice job.
