Therefore, I thought the gloss service included a blowout or a haircut. I was explained that they're actually 2 different charges afterwards, and the bill came to over $114. I think the website is very misleading and the services descriptions should be more clearly stated to avoid any confusion. My hair turned out really well but I don't think it was worth the amount paid.

I have slightly wavy hair and she showed me a couple of easy ways to style it so it actually looks good on normal days too. The whole salon feels really calm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My hair hasn't looked this healthy in a while and I've already gotten a few compliments. Boy am I happy I did! Kanden did an amazing job on both the cut and color. I'm naturally blonde and have been getting balayage done for years, with various results. Kanden knocked my color out of the park! She listened to my preferences and gave me some great suggestions about going for a more neutral tone and adding more highlights in the area of my hair that shows in updos. The color turned out so beautifully! The cut was equally great, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the salon is as clean as a whistle. They even have super comfortable washing sinks, which include a headrest so your head isn't dangling uncomfortably while you are getting your hair washed. My experience with them was quite some time ago so it's possible that they have improved since that time.

They were very thorough on the intake form and reviewing my needs and desires from my services. Both practitioners were well educated and gave effective treatments. The Spa is a beautifully redone older home - it is serene, clean and very well maintained. Finished paper work and then waited. After about 10 minutes the technician came and got me. She asked any problem spots? I said I was training for a 5k for this weekend. Once in the room she told me to undress and get under the sheet. Which I did, then about 10 minutes later she came back. So this is included in the 60 minutes I was told . So already it's 10 minutes less than the 60 minutes. I don't think it takes 10 minutes to undress. Maybe 3 minutes. She started with pressure on my back. Remember I asked for Swedish massage. But what I got was deep tissue, I guess. A lot of time on my back. Hardly anytime on my legs. When I flipped over she did do some shoulder work but not enough. A little more on my legs. During the massage there was NO aroma therapy. Which I've been to other places always aroma therapy. What they can't afford a diffuser? Very inexpensive device. And she only used lotion not oils which I'm used to. Overall experience I would say fast cheap and you probably don't get your moneys worth. And they want you to sign up for a package. Nope! Don't waste your money.
