I asked them if "installation" included everything and they said yes. When at the shop, I again clarified about the price and they quoted the amount for 4 tires "plus tax." When I picked my car up, it was 4 tires, plus wheel balance, plus tax. So, $80 more than what they told me. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Never again. Sneaking charges in is such a sign of dishonesty, it cancels out everything else.

The person on the phone was very down to earth and gave me a very reasonable price. I was really in a pickle at the time. I'm from New Jersey and literally had to leave my car up there in a parking lot. I called several places and they were one of the few open on a Sunday (they were also the most affordable!) Super nice people, the tow driver gave me a call to confirm the drop off location and called me when he was near. So glad I called them, seriously give them a call, they'll hook you up.
