Insults during the ride to Doc's Auto Body in Haverstraw were nothing compared to the realization after I was safely in Kingston that he had charged me $20 more than stated on the invoice. The total is $201 just for the tow. Three phone calls failed to correct this mistake. I am 82 but even a youngster shouldn't be subjected to this mistreatment. We didn't know what to do because alll the tire shops were really far away and the ones that could deliver the tire would take several hours. We were far away from home and the whole situation was just really inconvenient because we couldn't move the car. The car comes equipped with ran flat tires and the tire somehow had a slash. We couldn't find the tire anywhere. We happy to fine this place out of coincidence and it was about two blocks away. They couldn't get us a run flat tire but they got us a tire the size we needed. They had issues finding that tire too but at least they found it. We were motionless from like 945-1300. We were just thankful it was over and we could go where we needed. I Have had both rhino and linex before. They applied Hybrid Rhinoliner which to me is closer to linex in texture and hardness than older Rhino formulas.
