In detail: I recently took my SUV to a local dealer for a "check up" and see about a few problems I've been having. They found multiple issues and quoted me $1500 to have it taken care of. Took my car to Quality for a second opinion where they found only one of the three issues to be true. In addition they found some maintenance needing to be done that had only been mentioned at the dealer as a future issue. I got it all taken care of at Quality for hundreds less and in a short time. Oh, and good communication throughout. Came here for a few oil changes before but after this they are my go-to service station. Totally getting what you expect here with a name like Quality.

This nasty driver told me he will only accept cash payment and wouldn't let my car off the flatbed until he got cash . It's the last time I call Yorktown Towing for anything . My car broke down near my bank and now my car was towed farther away from the bank which means I had to go back to the bank get cash and return to the repair shop to pay this nasty driver . I hope this driver rots in hell , he deserves it .

I met with Tony and he explained how the process would work and what to expect. Tony and team are very dedicated to making sure the job is perfect. The job ended up being delayed a couple of days b/c the wheel work is done from an outside company and the first time it came back, it did not meet the standard with Tony and the team. So they sent it back to be redone. I really appreciated that. I wanted the car to look brand new again and Tony and team shared the same goal. When I got the car back, I was really impressed with all of the work that was done. They even washed and detailed the car. I highly recommend Adrian Auto Body!

A total of 3 calls where placed and all received this same answer. I just received a call back from the shop saying that they would possibly be able to pick it up later tonight but wouldn't be bringing the car to my shop (about 1 hour away) until "maybe sometime tomorrow". If they told me this from the start I would have understood and tried to get another shop to tow the car for me. But the constant lies are ridiculous and inexcusable. Very disappointed!

They both have terrible anger management problems, and Staci knows it. Staci is related in someway to the family. What can she say? Think Ron Sr. Is retired or sick. Poor man started getting angrier and angrier as time went on. Doctors don't mention this but this is often a sign a Alzheimer's. Just a guess. Do you like to be screamed at when you purchase goods and services? We were over there about a month ago discussing various problems with the car with a mechanic when Ron Jr. interrupted us and told the mechanic not to " waste his time on us." Ron didn't speak in a whisper. What's with all this displaced anger? They charge top dollar and still you get a kick in the teeth when you leave. Makes us sad, and feel bad. We like Ron, or used to, but this is not the first time. Hope you can work out whatever is going, and look forward to a typical business, client relationship. We all have too much to deal with Ron, but yelling at repeat customers doesn't solve your problems, does it? All we want is take our car in, get it fixed, and have a civil interaction. Went into to Audi Mohegan Lake to get a look at a new A6 e-tron. Wasn't going to buy immediately…read morebut after meeting William (Billy) Turbert, the service was so excellent that we made a deal and I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Billy was not only knowledgeable, but made the entire experience simple. He was able to negotiate a deal that worked for us, took care of registration and insurance in record time, provide us with a spotless new car and spent lots of time training us on the tech and answering all questions. He was easy to communicate with (even on late evenings) and went over and above to make us feel as though we were the only customers that mattered. Billy is an asset to the dealership for sure and the entire dealership experience was just fantastic in every way. I highly recommened.

Beware of SCAMS with this service team. Audi Mohegan Lake is running a racket. They charge you for…read morework that they're not doing. My car was towed into the nearest Audi dealer with faults. The car is 2 years old and should be covered under warranty. They claim that the gas was contaminated with water. They provided a photo and said it was 80% water. That they had to drain the fuel tank, replace filters and clean all the lines, which took several hours of work over 3 days. None of this was covered under warranty and it cost several thousand dollars to repair. This was a SCAM!!! It is impossible to drive the car on 80% water. My car was on empty and I put 1/4 tank in and 30 minutes later the car broke down. If the fuel was 80% water it would not have driven for 30 minutes. They didn't know I had just fueled up. I contacted the DEEP who sent a crew to the gas station and they confirmed there was 0% water in the fuel. They tested back 6 cycles. The service team was yelling at me asking why I would do such a thing. They did not charge for fuel or parts and the exact same amount of fuel was in the car when it went into the shop and when it was picked up, proven by data from the Audi app. I immediately drove my car to another Audi service center who confirmed that they did not do the work they charged me for. The fuel filters were old and the lines had fuel residue in them. I requested the diagnostic report for my car upon pick up and the second Audi dealer said that the work they charged me for was unnecessary based on the diagnostic report and fuel contamination was not the cause. The service rep told me that Audi Mohegan Lake has had several customers with this same issue, often up to 20 a week, as it was very common, but upon further investigation, and no other car dealer in the area has encountered this issue. No other gas stations in the area report fuel contamination. Clearly they're running a scam. Photo of what they sent me as the cause of my car needing thousands of dollars worth of repairs not covered under warranty. Impossible to drive a car on this much water and they stole items from my car.
