She is the therapist of my daughter caught in an ugly custody battle. She is supposed to be bridging the Gap between truth and lies and helping our family repair and move past and instill a sense of security in both her parents to our daughter, so she can feel good about herself and both parents....instead of an impartial, healing focused approach, she has seen the father and daughter 90% more than mother and daughter. She cancelled two appointments that were 6 weeks apart and then could only reschedule for another 6 weeks for a total of 3 and a half months of not meeting with mother and daughter. And when I, the mother expressed my distress of relationship issues and lack of help, all through TEXTS not personally, she finally met with us and when I asked to speak with her alone, she actually rolled her eyes at me and said,"you have two minutes." I felt so rushed and unimportant and as I expressed that she raised her voice, yelled at me that the conversation was over and then she flat out lied and said I missed an appt and that she only cancelled one, she is taking sides to the point of causing harm. It's a shame that the hypocratic oath to do no harm is not applicable to the mental health professionals. Do not trust this UNprofessional. If you look up the roles of a family therapist you will agree that she not only failed our family but was and is destroying my daughter's need to trust and feel safe with both parents!!!

I come at her with every single question from a bunch of videos & news articles I read, and just genuine curiosity and she is able to answer them all with the knowledge she has from both her medical and natural experience. She is also very kind and open to answering any question, no matter how silly, and responds quickly to my messages through her online portal as well. Through working with her the past year, I was able to get off medication and live life through food medicine. Although we still have tons of work ahead of us, I am happy with the amount of progress we've done so far and can see us moving in the right direction as far as my health goes.

I have a night guard, but never use it because it makes me clench more and I wake up with an aching jaw muscle. I have had broken teeth and broken crowns because I clench and grind while I'm sleeping. I was waking up with a headache almost every morning. Within a week of having Botox in my jaw muscles, my morning headaches were gone. I wish I had learned about this years ago because it would have saved me a bundle on dental work. I got there at 3:25 and was informed the secretary had to run out for an errand which was fine because I completely understand life happens. My apt started at 3:55 and its supposed to run from 30-45 minutes per their office. But as soon as 4:30 arrived I left rushed out because the Dr had another apt with a veteran client. Then, I contact the office by ph to discuss medication, the secretary was very rude and seemed annoyed when I mentioned the delay in my first apt. She made me feel stupid like I didn't understand this is a psychiatric matter. Then I go to my second apt because I fig maybe that was just a one time deal and the secretary maybe was just having a bad day. This apt was set for 4:30. I checked in 4:20, time went by and next thing it was 4:55 and no one in sight. I had a another apt set at 6 pm and couldn't be late. I left without saying anything as there was no one in the front desk which I poked my head through the window a few times and the Dr was with another patient, most likely a veteran. I called their office and explained why I left. I was told that that is just the way the practice works which is totally incorrect as I have seined other psychiatrist and they have been punctual every time. So beware, if you decide to be come a new patient. Be prepared to be later and put in the bottom of the barrel until you serve your time.

When I got to center I asked if I would owe anything and the person at the desk said only $45 for the office visit. Today I got a bill for $222. I asked billing why and they said $45 for the office visit and the difference was my co-pay that my insurance required I pay. If I knew that the bill would be so high I would never have done the evaluation. I was not having any symptoms except a bulging vein. I would tell anyone considering going to them get the payment information in writing. Very mad at the bill I received.

Rachel did the ultrasound of both my legs. Even though I was a little nervous, she was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Based on her ultrasound, she found the cause of my varicose Vein issues. I highly recommend Rachel. Dr. John James explained every detail of what his treatment plan would be for me. I am very grateful for all the knowledge and expertise. I am going back in a few weeks for my Vein treatments, and I can not wait!

Our grandson was a patient at HFSC a little over a year ago, discharged with promises of follow up and NOTHING. He has been hospitalized three more times for the same challenges, never again accepted at HFSC and the outpatient day program which has been promised, then slow rolled with delay excuses which made little sense and now after an 8 week wait that was supposed to be 3 we shall see how it will go. His challenges far exceed a clipboard and stickers for treatment but that's all he's gotten so far.

My referral was sent several weeks ago, and after being told it was waiting for a doctor's review, I did not receive a decision for another three weeks. When I was finally contacted, I was informed that the referral had been denied because the testing was considered not medically necessary. While I understand that not every referral will be accepted, my biggest concern was communication. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone by phone, and I spent a significant amount of time trying to reach the office for updates. The long wait times and lack of communication added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process. If you are considering this practice, be aware that you may experience delays in receiving updates and may have difficulty reaching staff by phone.
