I was very new to this real estate business, and she was very patient with explaining the terminology and processes (especially with short sales!). I think overall, I trusted Nicole and her advice and I found her to be an honest real estate agent who cared more about helping us find the right home (rather than pressuring us into buying more expensive homes). In the end, she helped us to get our house just 2.5 months after we started looking. :) She knew what our budget was and what kind of areas we were interested in and helped us with that. Ginger was very supportive of both cancelations as she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. PATIENCE The first time I worked with Ginger, I probably looked at 30 properties with her. I lived in another state at the time so there were even times that she had to look at the properties with my brother instead of me. Ginger was a trooper through it all. CONVENIENCE Ginger ensures she has the proper tools available to provide convenience to her customers. For one of the escrows, some loan docs had to be signed at the very 11th hour.
