However, be aware that they require…read morevaccinations beyond what is required by the state and other boarding facilities (leptospirosis, which is an optional vax that our MI vet doesn't recommend beyond puppy round). That may be a plus for some, but it was a nuisance for us and resulted in our reservations being cancelled when we went to drop off and us being left without a boarding solution. Our dogs had successfully boarded multiple times at other NY and MI kennels with the standard vaccines, including the week previously at a different kennel in upstate NY. This miscommunication could have been avoided if Paw Prints had email so we could have sent our vaccine records ahead of time and discovered the discrepancy, vs finding out when we arrived. I would recommend that they revisit their vax policy to be in line with other facilities and general expectations, or at the very least invest in website/email in order to communicate that their requirements differ from other boarding facilities. When we spoke on the phone we discussed Rabies, DA2P, and bordetella but I do not recall them mentioning a requirement for lepto-- again, email/web communication would have avoided this negative experience.

There is a fabulous fenced in yard to Boot. David also went out of his way to send random texts with pictures to show the fun my dog had while staying there. The owners are warm and friendly and very accommodating as they got our baby in at the last minute when the previous dog reservation fell through. The kennel was clean and neat and process is very organized. Animals are picked up and dropped off at appointed times which is great. My dog came out clean and happy but ready to go home. They also provided very personalized touches.. When I picked my baby I was given a framed photo of her stay, report card and a tote bag with her food and medication that I had left with them. They have accommodations for dogs of all sizes. They have some farm animals that our dog Elvis loves it there. Donna sends me an update and pictures of my furbaby everytime he is there. That gives me and my husband peace of mind. As I have to go to Cleveland Ohio mayo clinic in Cleveland so having to deal with health issues is enough worry. Donna makes my worry much less about my furbaby Elvis.! Donna and your partner thank you, you are both the best and Elvis loves coming to you's. Do NOT take your animals here, we made that mistake. Although she took our vet information, she…read morenever called or took our Pug to the vet when she saw her scratching at her eye. She called me the day we were driving home to tell me and we had to have someone go pick her up. What was a simple scratch that eye drops would have fixed, turned into a ruptured cornea. We had to have her eye removed, there was no saving it. Our vet told us this happened several days before she called us, so our baby suffered in pain for days! And our 3 dogs were also covered in urine. This is a disgusting establishment and she only cares about money, not the safety of your animals!
