The owner is incredibly nice, and put aside six of those pastries for me so they'd be ready to go once I got there! The pastries themselves were incredible, and reminded me exactly of how they would taste at my Italian bakeries back home in NJ. They are such sweet people and a real pleasure to do business with. In all the years (27 to be exact) of having meals catered with the company I work for, we've only had ONE caterer where there was not a single complaint by employees, and that caterer is Smoking Delights. They bent over backward to accommodate my urgent need of the meal being on a specific date (less than 2 weeks from the date I contacted them), I wanted ribeye steak cooked fresh and served for 3 shifts (140 -ish employees) on their normal break schedule (3:00 AM, 11:00 AM, & 7:00 PM - all in one day). I had contacted multiple caterers already and none would accommodate my request for 3rd shift. Kenya kept saying "we can do that" with each and every add-on to my request. They thought about everything all the way down to having sour cream and bacon bits for the baked potatoes without me having to ask for it.
