I brought my 17' Nissan Altima to the Nissan dealership just months after I bought it cause it was making a funny noise. They tried telling me it was the transmission about to go out and my warranty was already no good so I should just trade it in on the new model. Thank god I took it to Norman and got a 2nd opinion. It was just a kink in the power steering hose! Last summer my ac went out. He repaired it. Two weeks later it went out again. Norman looked into it and apparently the parts company sent him a bad compressor so he got on the phone and got me a way more expensive one with a better warranty and worked on a Saturday to get it repaired. His prices are extremely affordable especially with me being a single woman with kids. He is compassionate and will go out his way to help anyone. Also you can trust him not to lie to you or overcharge you for things you don't need. Other mechanic shops could learn a thing or two from Mr. Norman Williams!! Totally worth the drive! I come all the way from Gulfport to Vancleave to get everything from oil changes to tire rotations to getting my transmission serviced to ordering new tires. They do it all! Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.
