Whatever he did, he backed up everything that needed to be. It could be routine to them, but I was very relieved- I dropped off my pc Tuesday, got it back by Thursday. After I picked it up, I downloaded and set up my various software, Restoring my backups.... And it's like nothing ever happened. Laptop closed, dual monitors on, programs up - Ready For Business. I was fully prepared to junk the laptop and just start 2025 over on a newer laptop. That would have really put me behind schedule. I'm very grateful, these guys really helped me out. They got back to my super fast and said to come on it to see what they can do. Well, come on in I did and one day later, it was fixed! I was astonished how fast they got it done. They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around!
