I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. The person said I've never heard of that happening before due to a battery change. they suggested that I bring it in, but since they were the ones who broke it and didn't seem to know what was going on I decided against that. I decided just to get a new iPhone and trade in the 13. The trade-in value on our 13 mini iPhone the time of this writing is $150, however Apple wouldn't give me the $150 because they said that the screen had been replaced. I didn't ask for the screen to be replaced, but a non-OEM screen on my phone may have helped explain some of its crappy behaviors. So it cost me $150 for the new battery, and I'm out $150 for the trade-in For that reason, I'll never use you break I buy again. I thought to take my Xbox is in there to get them clean, however now I'm afraid they'll steal my parts or screw up my device. Amateurs.

When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!
