Let me begin by saying when I agreed to help a friend out who was in a tough spot concerning his…read moreparole , my initial thought was to reach out to a local Fort Worth Attorney Dale Heisch. Mr Heisch was known for having good resolutions when it came to matters of people violating their parole conditions. My friend was in trouble with parole because he had removed his ankle monitoring device. This not only violated his parole but initiated a whole new charge(felony) . Our thinking was to get the parole board to allow my friend to be released from jail(he was in jail for the parole violation only)so he could go to work and make enough money to hire another attorney when the new charge is filed and my friend is arrested again. I contacted Mr. Heisch and was told that my friend was being held illegally and that parole must release him. I was very surprised by Mr Heisch's confidence and assuredness that it was going to be this simple and questioned his reasoning and reminded him many times of the what I knew would be a new charge coming for the ankle monitor removal, and was told repeatedly by Mr. Heisch that Parker County was very busy and it would be months before they filed the new charge if at all. So based on his confidence and direct statements made to me I met Dale and handed over $2500.00 cash. I told Mr Heisch that I had to borrow half of this money and expected for things to go exactly as he stated. Well ONE day after paying Mr Heisch Parker County Filed the new charge . My friend was not released as Dale promised. Mr Heisch had not made any difference in the outcome in my friends case, had not gotten the parole board to do anything accept the possibility that he alerted the parole board to he fact that my friend had hired an attorney to get him out. NOTHING had been done, nothing could be done accept to now have to go hire a real defense attorney to represent my friend in this new case. So I basically paid Mr. Heisch $2500.00 for absolutely NOTHING!!!!!! Repeated calls by both myself and my friend fell on deaf ears as all Mr Heisch kept saying was he had not heard anything from the parole board yet. Then when I went to fire Mr Heisch he told me that My friend had to fire him as he was his client not mine . I demanded my money back from Dale Heisch and to this day I cannot get him to respond . I would not hire Dale Heisch under any circumstance period! My nest move is to file a complaint with the State Bar of Texas which I fully intend to do.

I had to call and get updates the only time they contacted me on a regular basis was for payment. I would not recommend Mrs. Key for a divorce case.
