Oh my goodness, I dialed their Rancho Mirage office number multiple times and someone kept hanging up on me, I dialed the Beverly hills phone number and this prune answered the phone letting me know that I was calling Rancho Mirage...I told this person that I dialed the 310 number and it turned from a prune to a nasty prune, I asked about a specific treatment that is posted on the Dr website and this person told me that they no longer do that seems like this doctor needs new phones, update his website, and have friendly persons to answer the phone! Dr. Hayduke was recommended by my insurance co. , wow, that was the best recommendation I ever received. I had a medical issue with painful breast. Dr. Hayduke had to performed two surgeries. First surgery was a double capsulectomy and 6 months later after healing the second procedure was performed reconstructing the breast. I cannot find the words of how healthy my breast feel. Dr Hayduke is top-notch. I mean tippy-top. His surgical skills are well-known at Eisenhower (my breast cancer surgeon calls him a "magician"). His nurses Veronica and Amanda and team (like Tessa at front desk) are very kind and helpful and they accommodate appointment requests easily. Dr Hayduke knows his medical stuff (my sister is a doctor, so we know) and is very detail-oriented. Yes, he is incredibly direct when he talks to you -- sometimes he tells you things that you do not want to hear in order to manage your expectations (like I am overweight and as a result, what I wanted to do would not work... and he is RIGHT). But I promise you -- when you need his services like I did, you want HIS skills. He is a very good doctor and surgeon. He may not be the smoothest or most jovial -- but I am really thankful I went to him, I have friends in similar medical situations to me and they have had issues in other cities because their surgeons were not great. Twenty years ago I had a modified radical mastectomy to my left breast. Time and weight fluctuation caused my right breast to increase in size way beyond what it was 20 years ago. Dr. Hayduke first performed a breast reduction on my right breast bringing back to where it once was and six months later was able to reconstruct the left breast removing a huge wedge caused by a scar from the mastectomy and replacing the old implant that had become mis-shaped and sagging beneath my pectoral muscle. I had a great experience as a patient of Dr. Hayduke. I had consulted him regarding a healing wound/early scar formation that I had on my chest after I had a lesion removed by a different physician. My initial impressions of the doctor were that he is very personable and professional. I was satisfied with my initial consult and felt comfortable with Dr. Hayduke as the plastic surgeon who would take care of my issue.
