Absolutely ridiculous. I called simply looking for a ballpark price range for a facial procedure, and they refused to provide even an estimate. Instead, they wanted me to pay $150 for a consultation just to find out if the procedure is even within my budget. Why waste the patient's time and money? Unfortunately I had to have a breast replacement due to breast cancer. I did not have time to research the best surgeon. I had to sign multiple papers saying I would not sue. I wrote a review for Dr Hayduke and team over a year ago, and I have since had several more procedures. So I wanted to update this... I cannot rave enough about this surgeon and his staff: their abilities and also their kindness. My sister is a famous infectious disease doctor, so I know medical "stuff." Let's start with the office staff -- if you are unlucky enough to have breast cancer (I did!) and need a mastectomy or double (I did!), then I **promise** you the team at his office will become friends (unless you are not a nice person, if you do not get along with them, that is about you, not them). You will be visiting frequently. I thoroughly enjoy Tessa (front desk, office mgmt) as a human, but professionally she is VERY thorough and detailed and ON IT. If you happen to speak with anyone in the surgery center or Eisenhower operations -- they all worship her because she runs a fantastically efficient ship. And she is so funny and kind while she is running a tight ship. And ROBERT! I love that guy -- also front desk and has been in the office for many years and like Tessa is ON IT. Veronica and Amanda are the nurses, and I adore them both. I saw them each for many weeks in a row and now somewhat regularly for check ups after surgeries, and when you are getting expanders filled, you want these two lovely humans doing it. They are capable and gentle and such lovely women. Now to the critical driver in the practice, Dr Hayduke. His nickname amongst Eisenhower's surgical operations is "the Magician." He is not only a legit and talented surgeon -- the man is very particular about his quality of work. I also added an upper bleph during my breast cancer battle, because the guy is a savant. Anyone who sees me notices I look 15 years younger, but they can't figure out why. Dr Hayduke is incredibly professional, and cares very much about managing your expectations. He will very directly speak with you about his opinions and the processes (and listen to him, you will learn a lot). He will be very clear about expected outcomes and next steps. I would imagine he deals with a lot of unrealistic patients -- I went in for my first appointment very scared, and I had NO idea about any of what I was going to encounter in my cancer battle, and he quickly educated me about what was realistic and not. But you CAN speak with him about what you want and can defend your choices; we put in smaller implants than he was envisioning during my reconstruction because I wanted what I wanted. And he listened to me and gave great counsel and we landed on a size we both would accept. Both of us are very happy with the results. I had two (soon to be 3) additional breast cancer related surgeries and am going to have him do another 2nd elective surgery. I trust that doctor with my life because he is capable and cares and talented. If you don't like how direct he is -- find someone who will yes you, there are plenty of fish-lip surgeons in the desert. But if you want fantastic results and a surgeon you will refer yourself and all your friends to -- he's it. Sorry for the novel -- but I went thru a lot in 18-24 months, and if I hadn't picked Hayduke's office, I know I wouldnt be nearly as happy as I am now. read more

Oh my goodness, I dialed their Rancho Mirage office number multiple times and someone kept hanging up on me, I dialed the Beverly hills phone number and this prune answered the phone letting me know that I was calling Rancho Mirage...I told this person that I dialed the 310 number and it turned from a prune to a nasty prune, I asked about a specific treatment that is posted on the Dr website and this person told me that they no longer do that seems like this doctor needs new phones, update his website, and have friendly persons to answer the phone! Dr. Hayduke was recommended by my insurance co. , wow, that was the best recommendation I ever received. I had a medical issue with painful breast. Dr. Hayduke had to performed two surgeries. First surgery was a double capsulectomy and 6 months later after healing the second procedure was performed reconstructing the breast. I cannot find the words of how healthy my breast feel. Twenty years ago I had a modified radical mastectomy to my left breast. Time and weight fluctuation caused my right breast to increase in size way beyond what it was 20 years ago. Dr. Hayduke first performed a breast reduction on my right breast bringing back to where it once was and six months later was able to reconstruct the left breast removing a huge wedge caused by a scar from the mastectomy and replacing the old implant that had become mis-shaped and sagging beneath my pectoral muscle. He keeps an extremely clean office and operates out of the Eisenhower Hospital and not an office back-room that doubles as a storage space. We had several meetings concerning the problem, discussing several aspects of possible correction. A plan was formalized, and the repair process was set. I had a great experience as a patient of Dr. Hayduke. I had consulted him regarding a healing wound/early scar formation that I had on my chest after I had a lesion removed by a different physician. My initial impressions of the doctor were that he is very personable and professional. He addressed my concerns about the wound/scar and described what procedure he can do to fix it s well as what to expect after the procedure. I was satisfied with my initial consult and felt comfortable with Dr. Hayduke as the plastic surgeon who would take care of my issue. On the day of the procedure everything went smoothly without complications. I had a very good aesthetic result after the procedure, much better than where I started from.
