I have had surgery there and the nurse was actually a bar tender and the patient surgery co ordinator was sleeping with Dr. Mo who was married at the time. UPDATE! I had my surgery about two weeks ago. I love it! Dr lombardo did an amazing job. I had a brachioplasty which can leave pretty bad scars. From what I can see they're way better than I expected. I've had numerous compliments on my arms. It was totally worth it. I was so sorry to see a few bad reviews because I had such an excellent experience. I'm 62 years old and had a neck lift. From the beginning to the end, Dr. Lombardo, Amy the office manager, and Vanessa the receptionist were all so nice and helpful. I had at least 10 visits throughout the whole procedure, and not one time was anyone rude or unprofessional. I was first impressed with my first consult. It was just Dr. Lombardo and I for a full hour discussing my surgery and any questions I may of had. Two other consults I had with other doctors were a waste of time, because all they talked about was non-surgical procedures that I had already informed them I didn't want. I am 3 months post op from a breast augmentation and Dr. Lombardo and her staff have been fantastic from start to finish. My first consultation went great, I didn't feel rushed or feel they were trying to push me to go ahead with the procedure. I needed a specific date for the surgery due to my strict schedule and the coordinator was able to work with the surgery center and get me the necessary date booked the same day of my consult. A week before surgery I panicked about the implant size and Dr. Lombardo called me the following day and calmed me down. Preparing for surgery was easy, all of my appointments have been quick and easy, and overall my entire experience with Dr. Lombardo and her staff has been excellent. The surgery center Lombardo performs her surgeries in was top notch as well (the front office woman was a little snappish and quick to correct me when I made a joke but, it was 6:00 in the morning and I was starving so it might've just been me). Post op: I had minimal bruising (and I bruise easily so that says something great about her technique), my incisions are healing beautifully, and I am just so pleased with my results. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I went to see a plastic surgeon with a few preconceived ideas of what I thought I wanted, and admit that I was clueless about any kind of options that were available me. My initial visit to Dr. Lombardo's really educated me about the many options available. I thought that surgery was basically the only thing I could do to look younger and better. You see, I'm not quite ready to be "out of the circle". You know, that group that is sort of pushed out of the young and vibrant crowd due to approaching senior citizen status. Dr. Lombardo and her staff saved me from feeling like I was no longer considered young enough skip the senior discount. Everyone is extremely friendly. Very little wait time. If your appointment is at 1pm, you'll be face to face with Dr. Lombardo within a very short time of your scheduled appointment. That's a huge plus for me. After discussing other options available and what Dr. Lombardo recommended, I decided to let this artistic Board Certified Surgeon take the lead, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Lombardo was not sonready to just into surgery in my case. This was a relief and a game changer for me. She assured me that I didn't not need it. Not quite yet anyway. The recommendations and alternative treatments to surgery made all the difference in the world. I have been to see her 3 times, and the treatments I received have taken at least 10 HARD years off my appearance. I look naturally more youthful, and thanks to this very capable surgeon, I have more confidence and look completely natural. So many people have made comments like "wow, you look great!
