I give Dr Ordon a minus 10. I paid $26,000 for a facelift, CO2 laser, fat transfer to cheeks. Four months after surgery my results around the jowls and cheeks dropped. When I smiled the skin around the eyes bunched because my cheek skin is more than an inch loose. Dr Ordon lied constantly telling me I looked great. Finally he admitted he needed to lift more but wanted $9000 additional money to lift the skin only not the muscles underneath. After seeing UCLA PLASTIC SURGEON, I was told my face lift was one of the worse he's ever seen. Also the laser never erased any wrinkles and my neck skin was still hanging although Pam at Ordon's office gave me treatments to shrink the skin that was never lifted properly per examinations by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinions. That didn't help. And Dr Ordon also suggested I spend thousands more for radio frequency treatments to tighten all the loose hanging cheeks and jowls.! He acted like I was an ATM machine that could be accessed to spend more money on a 26k facelift that looked bad. I refused to be suckered into radio frequency . I saw 4 other plastic surgeons that said the entire SURGERY needed to be completely done over. UCLA doctor said my jowls were so extended that my oval face had turned SQUARE. I was urged to ask for my money back. When I asked formally In Writing for a refund he verbally yelled and screamed at me in front of his staff and within earshot of his waiting room. He terrified me with his screaming. I have totally wasted 26k and need to spend as much to fix this BOTCHED FACELIFT! read more

I flew in from Canada to meet with this doctor. Dr. Chopra's receptionist booked me for a tummy tick consult with Dr. Chopra but as soon as we met he told me he doesn't do them anymore. Why was I charged then - or proceed with a 7 minute meeting that was a waste of time. Dr. Chopra has formal training on doing that procedure but considers himself a celebrity and is now "above" doing it. He thrives on his status which clearly not enough to do the job properly. His assistant who I called after the meeting was rude and raised her voice to me. I want my $150 returned or small claims court will resolve this issue. Bait and switch is a felony. have cholesterol build up under my eyes, which is very common. Dr. Chorpa did not know what they where and even ask me. He suggested an lower eye lid lift, which will not take care of the issue. I had surgery 7 years ago for them. His financial advisor told me that he is so $$$$$ because his facelift surgeries are special and would last more then one year unlike other doctors where a year is all one gets out of a facelift surgery. Overpriced and overrated place. It felt very unprofessional how he pulled and tugged on my face. On the end of the $ 42.900 he suggested I have in surgery he told me I look 70% better. Samantha is the best injector I have ever been to! I starting going to her about 6 years ago for a little Botox and laser hair removal. So this review is long over due... My personal experience with her is that she is extremely patient with me as I tend to get anxiety. She always calms me down and doesn't get flustered by my never ending questions. I never fell rushed or looked down on when I am in her chair. I don't know what she does different but I swear I never bruise and her technique never seems to hurt as other have in the past. My husband sees Samantha for skin lasers and she has truly transformed his skin! He can be a little difficult to please and tends to think most things are a waste of money. He sees a big difference in his skin and even tried Botox for the first time last week! Needless to say she made a believer out of him and he doesn't give me grief for going! I am a registered nurse and have worked at the hospitals in the desert and know many of the surgeons in the area, have only heard positive things about the surgeons in this office. And I was referred to Pam an registered nurse, whom has worked at this office for 15 years, by another RN for laser and injectables. So I decided to go and get Botox and have a family member get laser. I walked into a kind warm atmosphere, very welcoming and comfortable! I have to add I have been to at least a dozen different offices many of which treat you like a second class citizen. But from the minute I walked to out I felt welcomed. Pam was the clinician we were seeing that day, she was not rushed and extremely experienced and did not mind my questions. Honestly she knew her stuff so well I completely trusted her right away. I am not an easy Sell either I usually am upset because the clinician is wrong about skin or about what we need. She was spot on and beyond she taught us much. THE best Botox I have ever had!! I literally just got back from my appointment and I had to review this business. I actually found them on yelp to begin with. I just moved here from Northern California and have been doing Botox for years. I need to find someone new but I am always weary because I do not want to end up with a plastic looking face. That was definitely not the case here. Pam was awesome. Really nice, sweet and knowledgeable. She also has a very light hand and lets YOU Tell her what you think you would like and or need. The Botox went extremely well.I do other procedures too, so I will definitely be back. I am especially interested in their lasers for melasma which she explained in great detail. Until about one month ago, I had always been happy with the semi-annual visits to the Plastic Surgery Institute and the sessions I had with Pam. However, things changed on March 6th when I came in for my regular Botox and Juvederm treatments. H first thing I noticed that when I cane into the office, I was handed a paper to sign...just one. Usually, there were several papers to sign, one for each product used. Okay, I thought, Pam will have me sign them in the treatment room. When Pam came in, we discussed the areas that need attention and she began injecting Botox in my forehead. There was nothing unusual about this day, except I was surprised that I want given papers to sign. When Pam injected the product into my cheeks, I assumed it was Restylin, which I've had before and I was not told anything different, nor did I ask. When I went to the desk to pay my bill I was told that the charges for that day were $3500. I was SHOCKED...because I had never paid anything close to $1,000, let alone $3500. Because there were several people in the waiting room, I didn't make a scene no just paid it!! Why I didn't speak up I'll never know! I left the office and met a friend for lunch. As we were leaving the restaurant I revived a call on my cellphone from the receptionist (who is very sweet) telling me that they had neglected to put the Botox and Juvederm on he bill and I now owed them another $1500. This time I exploded and told the officer manager that I had not been informed that Pam was using a new product ... "Voluma" which is very expensive. I felt very violated, not to mention blindsided. My first instinct was to refuse to pay it,but the OM said they would take it to collection..so I did pay again...about $5,500 for a 1 /2 Hour session because I am not a deadbeat! BEWARE!!! read more

I went to the plastic surgery institute to get some lines removed above my upper lip. Pam was very nice and said it would cost $900.00. I thought that was very high, but I wanted the lines removed so I had it done. The procedure was very painful, but I thought it would be worth it. When I came back in 2-3 weeks most of the lines were still there. Pam said she could do it again. I said no, so she recommended a product that I could put on my face at night. This product was almost $200.00. After thinking about this, I called and spoke to the office manager. I told her what had happened. I felt I should get a portion of my $900 back. She was very snippy with me, and said that they don't give money back, even though the procedure wasn't successful. She said I could come back and have it done again FOR AN ADDITIONAL $650.00. I come in from Arizona for appointments with Samantha. She is absolutely wonderful at what she does and is so sweet. After a painful incident with my previous injector (not at this business), I decided to finally come see Samantha. She was very candid with me while also being sensitive to the fact that I was uncomfortable with my previous injector's work. She had to dissolve the existing product and start over, which was not what I wanted to hear, but I am glad I trusted the process. On my initial visit I was nervous and I am a naturally squeamish person, but she handled me so well. She not only calmed my nerves, but when she administered the product she was extremely gentle... I have seen Pam at TPSI many times over the years for injectables and she always does an amazing job. She tends to err on the side of conservative and strives for a natural look, which is what I prefer. Pam is patient too, as she really takes the time to ensure she hits all the right spots with just the right amount of product for a balanced appearance. Although injectables can be a little painful even with the numbing cream and ice, she always warns you first of where she is injecting next and what you can expect to feel so there are no surprises. Patient comfort is very important to her, as is after care. No matter what number visit it is for me she always makes sure I take proper care afterward to achieve the best outcome. Although she always tells me to come back after a couple of weeks if we need to tweak anything, I honestly have never had to go back for any tweaks. She nails it every time. I only go back when it's time for a refresh. Overall I have always had very positive experiences at TPSI, not just with injectables. The entire staff is always highly professional and friendly and they will always have my business. There are a lot of options in the desert, less expensive ones too, but I never hesitate to go to TPSI because of the total experience and comfort I feel when I am there.
