As far as labor, she was up with us for almost 50 hours, helping us to keep positive through the contractions, trekking the halls of the hospital with me, and sacrificing her own sleep for even a few minutes of mine and my husband's. Adriana has a wealth of information on a wide range of areas concerning prenatal, postpartum, fertility, etc. I had a terrible pain in my SI joint and thought "this is just a side effect of pregnancy" but after seeing Adriana just a couple of times for osteopathic therapy, my SI joint is comfortable again and I am walking 2 to 3 miles daily, as well as practicing yoga and functioning in daily life at full term. She was also able to ward off carpal tunnel which was starting to develop in my wrists by targeting the area immediately, I am amazed at what she is able to do!
