As far as labor, she was up with us for almost 50 hours, helping us to keep positive through the contractions, trekking the halls of the hospital with me, and sacrificing her own sleep for even a few minutes of mine and my husband's. She was also able to ward off carpal tunnel which was starting to develop in my wrists by targeting the area immediately, I am amazed at what she is able to do!
