Never received a call back to schedule service. This is several weeks after the estimated timeframe I was given. Fast forward to September 15th, I figured I would give them a second chance since there are limited-service options for providers. I inquired about winterization service, but unfortunately, I was told that they are not accepting new customers... Edit: I am being honest and such review is fair. I ACCEPTED being put on a wait list and waiting 3 - 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I was never contacted again. At the end of the day, you CAN control one thing. YOU CAN... Call a customer to let them know that due to whatever reason(s) you will not be able to service them, instead of making them wait several weeks on end for a call back. You can either make excuses, or you can take accountability by communicating. I previously ran a business, and I fully understand the importance of this. It is not difficult. I am able to control each section of my yard so that I can adjust my watering times accordingly. They were able to come the same day and do a walkthrough and collect the walk through fee. They set an 8am appointment for February 10,2019 and collected money for all materials. They confirmed this was a one day job both via email, text and phone. On the day of the appointment Russel showed up at 2:30pm. Russel confirmed the job would only take 2 hours so I let him continue instead of asking for a refund. At 8 pm the job was no where near complete, Renee never showed up to do the cleaning portion (clearly defined as the most important part by my husband and I). We asked Russel to leave. I contacted Renee and she was rude, threw insults, and hung up the phone. I requested receipts and the purchased materials. They were never delivered, it had been over a week since I made the requests. Based on my experience I would not recommend hiring them.

Somehow, Bronzeville finds a way to do it. Our previous snow removal provider would pile snow in front of the garages attached to our building. Bronzeville makes sure to keep the garage doors clear of snow and does a very complete job of clearing around the cars in the lot.
