In November, 2019, Dr. Wyant, and the entire office, moved from the Georgetown Medical Plaza to Marsh Road in Intech Park off of West 71st Street. Dr. Wyant, and group, is now with the Optum Network. Dr. Wyant has been my Primary Care Physicians (PCP) for many, many years and I still highly recommend him. He has absorbed some retiring physicians patients so his wait time has increased but I take that into consideration on my personal calendar and scheduling. He's so worth it since he gives all his patients the necessary time while still being efficient and productive. He truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. The new location sets back off Marsh Road, is a one level building and has ample parking. As you enter through the automatic sliding doors you're directly standing in the lobby. The same smiling faces you knew at the old office greet you as you enter. The charming office waiting room is large, brightly lite and I personally enjoyed the new comfortable chairs. The convenient internal lab was relocated with the office so no need to find a new lab for lab orders from your doctor. The new lab is much larger than the old closet size lab. Just remember this lab is for in-house Optum doctor's orders only. The new location is closer for some and farther for others but honestly only 10-15 minutes from the old office off Georgetown Road. Easy on/off access off 465 onto West 71st Street exit.

When my insurance changed, she became my doctor, as well. Dr. Simmons is respectful, taking the time to really listen. She has a calm and peaceful demeanor. I'm not happy that she had to sell her practice, but it is almost impossible for a doctor to be independent now days, and completely understand the reasoning behind it. She told me she could make this appointment for this day at 2:05 at this Artistry location. I get here and they tell me that my appointment was set for my regular doctor nearly 30 minutes away. I'm very clearly upset and in pain and this receptionist proceeds to comment "girrrrl, rawr" and ask me if I want an appointment for Monday. He performs fluoroscopically and ultra-sound guided procedures for pain and spasticity. He is located at the IU Neuroscience Center directly facing W. 16th Street. This large glass building is very easy to find, and a parking garage is attached to the Neuroscience Center (ticket not validated). Patients can be dropped off by the main lobby with wheelchairs available by the information desk. The staff at the desk are super friendly and helpful. The doctor is personable and well-spoken, explains the process well, and has a visual aid, plus he answered all my questions. I do wish I had taken a few notes to remember medication given and some of the other details, but I have an appointment in a couple of weeks. During the procedure, he explains first what he is about to do. I love that so I can prepare myself. Dr. Morrow was great about controlling the pain and checked often on me. Most of what I felt was pressure when injecting the medication. This was my second procedure to resolve another area in my spine. I am still anxious but no longer fearful as I was during the first procedure. I worry slightly of the complications that could occur, but I feel it is worth the risks. Dr. Ramsey-Morrow and his team have earned my trust. After two procedures, I truly believe he is a dedicated and skillful physician who acknowledges each patient as an individual. I didn't feel as if I was in an assembly line but his only patient. The area of my spine addressed is already showing signs of improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey-Morrow if you have any of the conditions mentioned above.

They recently moved from Madison Avenue to E. Countyline Rd, in Greenwood located conveniently across the street from the new Costco. They are part of the Franciscan Physician Group. Note their new name is now Madison Family Medicine (previous name was Madison Avenue Family Practice). I paid a recent wellness visit to my primary care physician, Dr. Shelley Stiner, DO, who practices at this facility. Upon arriving at their beautiful new location, I found the facility to have a large waiting area with plenty of seating, magazines and flat screen TVs to enjoy while waiting for my appointment. The staff has always been very friendly from the front desk to the nursing assistants. Dr. Stiner always listens carefully to my concerns and offers healthy alternatives to prescriptions where possible. She is very pleasant and professional. I have always had short wait times on all of my visits and scheduling for appointments or a referral has been very easy when working with their office staff. Lastly, I love their "My Chart", web portal....you can schedule appointments see your past visits, Billings, request a prescription refill and various other things related to your healthcare experiences. They have an excellent response time to their emails that have been submitted to this portal. After each visit I receive an emailed survey of my most recent visit to complete if I choose to do so. I have always seen Dr. Stiner, but I believe they have at least one nurse practitioner and possibly more and other doctors available. For this large of facility I'm sure they have to have other physicians, but I don't have that information. Actually as I was walking out the door I saw sign for a new physician. (See photo attached) If you are ever in need of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, I highly recommend giving Dr. Stiner a try if she is accepting new patients. I have been with her for approximately 1 1/2 years due to my doctor retiring and wanting to try a DO for my healthcare needs. Due to her high demand, I had to wait initially about six months until she was able to accept a new patient. (I had to keep calling every so often to see if they were accepting new patients). I hit it lucky I guess and on one call was told she was taking on new patients. At this point in time, I'm very happy with their services and the new location of this practice. Review #28 08/11/16

I encountered Dr. Vallabhaneni during my recent hospitalization at St. Francis Hospital, part of…read morethe Franciscan Health System. Dr. Vallabhaneni, who often goes by the abbreviated "Dr. V," was part of my inpatient team of doctors treating a variety of concerns and served as my internal medicine doctor during the majority of my stay until it changed in the last 3-4 days - I believe she was headed on vacation and, as such, my last few days were actually under a different physician. Dr. V is part of the practice of Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants, a Greenwood-based practice that seems to primarily work through Franciscan. I have not dealt with them in terms of outpatient and my entire experience with Dr. V was during my inpatient stay. You could tell that Dr. V has the respect of the staff of the unit where I was treated, which was 4 South in the Cardiac Center. Staff members were quick to compliment both her knowledge and bedside manner. They correctly predicted that I would appreciate her as I am big on customer service and communication, both areas in which Dr. V would prove to excel. Dr. V visited my unit daily - most often in the mid-to-late morning hours. She was serious, yet always smiled and I was constantly impressed with her willingness to take the time to explain concerns, test results, diagnostic concerns, and any new or unresolved issues. She didn't just tell you things, but she ensured that you actually understood what she was telling you and what it meant for you and your care. She was, by far, the most communicative of the physicians who worked on my case and she had a way of communicating that made me feel like she was listening to me and that I was in good hands with her. I also appreciated that she had a very even-keeled demeanor. She would talk about serious issues, but she didn't do so in a way that panicked you. You took her seriously, but she made you feel safe in her care. I was also impressed that she was aware of my financial concerns. While I'm insured, as a person with a disability I have in the past experienced severe financial distress because of my health and she understood this and made sure to always let me know that the team was making sure that anything ordered was actually approved by insurance. I didn't have to ask her about these concerns - she understood they were there and addressed them upfront. Again, she worked very naturally to keep me calm and engaged in my recovery from a serious illness. I was disappointed when Dr. V left my case as it felt like the quality of my internal medicine care did drop and I didn't get the quality level of communication from the replacement physician. Dr. V is simply an absolute gem - she's incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to communicate that knowledge in a way that is simple, user-friendly, and accessible. She's compassionate, personable, and very interactive. She takes the time needed to listen, understand concerns, and explain her own concerns. While I don't live near Greenwood, she's definitely a doctor I would return to again and I really appreciated her compassionate, knowledgeable care as I dealt with serious health issues. She provided quality care in a way that made me feel safer and less anxious about the entire ordeal.

I had 2 videos from 4/17/2026 & 4/21/2026 which really showed both doctors how my eyes were not working together. Care was superb, and the office check in was seamless, with the doctor coming in pretty quick. Some of the exams were the same or similar to a regular eye exam, but there were a lot more that clearly defined my eye muscle issues. I will need to see a Neurological Surgeon to hopefully correct my vision to stop or greatly alleviate my double vision concerns. Highly recommended doctor

Today the machine to pay for parking located just inside the garage doors, would not read my credit card. It would not read the card of the man behind me either. I come here to see an ENT specialist for my sinus issues. Today I'm having a CT Scan and a doctor appointment. Service here was fast and on time for the scan and both doctor appointments.
