A simple install of an alternator turned into a nightmare. Not only was this guy not the mechanic he had 2 jinky guys that worked on it that were highly questionable not to mention the two guys that were working on the vehicle broke the bumper by leaning on it and then they screwed 2 screws to hold it together. Not only that they broke a fresh power steering pump that he claimed was missing a clamp. I had new pump put in a week before. I scheduled some work to be done on the front end suspension of my car. Scheduled a time, and was told that they would be there at 1:00pm, so I took time off of work to make sure I was there. They didn't show up, and I contacted the Tyrone at the company, and was told he was in a car accident. The truck was OK, but he was getting another truck to come out to do the work. Scheduled a time a couple of hours later for them to come and do the work, was getting close to darkness, but was told that they had heavy duty lights and would do the work. The time came and went, and no show, and no communication from Tyrone. Up until the first no-show "accident", communication was very responsive and cordial. As we got closer to the scheduled appointment, the communication disappeared. From reading all of the other reviews, and my experience, do not be enticed by cheap pricing, because the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" I would stay far away from them. I was very fortunate that they actually did not come out and do any work on my vehicle.

We called AAA to help us, and A&R Towing came to take us to the shop. When the mechanic arrived the next morning to begin repairs, they found fluid on the ground. They took pictures of the driveway and the parking lot and the pan, but to no avail. Because of their negligence, they added another $300 + in repairs. Since I make 850$ a month, this is a very difficult expense for me. They refuse to admit they did the damage. AAA also refuses to help us. This is terrible.

I would like to give 0 stars. Want to start saying this…read moreplace is basically the "only" place in Lancaster that work the AC my car needs. Carlos did a diagnostic, and said was the evaporator. (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?
