So then we are told "call the store talk to the manager and tell them you want a $100 discount for your time and inconvenience since you now have to drive a 3 hour round trip to pick your ring up" since we were given false information. So she does exactly that. The same lady I encountered with answers the phone and ashley repeats what she was told to say and the "manager" says I'm not the manager you have to contact the GM I have zero control over that and can't do anything for you. So Ashley asks to be put in contact with the GM. the "manager" says no. SHE SAID NO. Excuse me. How do you just say no?? Then tells Ashley to call customer service. This has been an absolute joke. I want nothing to do with this store or these people. Can't believe what a waste of time this was. I absolutely will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. I finally asked for the loose pieces back which includes the wedding band and nine little square cut diamonds. They refused to give me the loose pieces. I moved and I'm not able to go in there on a regular basis and still have not received my ring and it's been 3 1/2 years. I guess the next step is to call authorities.
