TLDR: Stall and Kessler's Diamond Center remade my ring for FREE just to make things right. Five years ago, Greg and I bought rings for our twentieth anniversary. Greg and I both got our rings from Stall and Kessler's. Mine is a beautiful band with small sapphires and diamonds. A few months later, I noticed one of the diamonds had fallen out, so I went back. They replaced the diamond free of charge. Not surprising since I had recently bought it. A couple of years later, another diamond was lost. They AGAIN replaced the diamond for free. Fast forward to about a month ago and I noticed I had lost a sapphire. I went back to Stall and Kessler's and the said they would try to find a sapphire that would match. Once they got it in, they called me to pick up my ring and then put it in their jewelry cleaner. When they took it out, they noticed another diamond had fallen out. So they took a better look at the whole ring and noticed the settings overall really weren't right. They contacted me to let me know and said they would REMAKE my ring the right way, but they were really sorry that it would take a couple more weeks. I went in today and got my brand new ring. When I tried to pay, they refused. I tried to at least pay for the labor, but they still refused. I can say with absolute confidence that Stall and Kessler's stands by what they sell and will do right by their customers. I chose them based on google reviews and their close location to my home. Sandy, the manager, looked at my ring and determined that the diamonds were, in fact, loose.
