We sensed a good rapport with Aaron, so we pursued using his services as our real estate agent. We weren't 100% certain what we were looking for ... single-family house, condo, townhouse, city, suburb, old, or new. However, Aaron was always very accommodating and responsive to our evolving criteria. We were very slow to act at times, and Aaron was always patient. We submitted offers on a couple of occasions (and were subsequently outbid), and Aaron always offered the best strategies, knowing our limits. On one date, while looking at a cool, original, mid-century bi-level house in south Seattle, Aaron was so patient as we decided in that moment that we had been looking at houses too large for our needs and that we needed to re-set our criteria one last time. He never got flustered or impatient with us, but rather adjusted to our new outlook. In the end, we found a small house just inside the city limits of far-southwest Seattle, close to transit options, large backyard, and direct paths to Alaska Junction, White Center, and even downtown Burien. This came after looking at properties across West Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, SeaTac, and Des Moines. Aaron was always available to visit properties with us, and he was always on the lookout for properties he found that matched our needs.
