As a newbie to Seattle, I had no idea about different cities and neighborhoods, so, I decided to take open house tour by myself, and that's how I met Stafne. Stefne and Zach went above and beyond to help me find my next home earlier this year. After countless months of searching, I found the just the place for me and they helped me close the property in record time. They took time to listen to my needs to ensure the daily listings they sent to me matched well with my must-have criteria. They were both extremely patience as we looked at 20+ houses until I found the right one for me. When a property came up I was interested in, they turned out the market comps quickly to ensure it was comparable with properties within the neighborhood/area.
