Parking is easy on the street. They're open Wednesday through Sunday, 4-11pm. Flat fee entry gets you credits all night. Pinball is still metered. But as long as they keep their pins running well I'll keep saving up quarters all year long just to bring them back to Springfield for family Christmas. Adults, the kids are alright. Kids, you're touching treasures. We like their shirts. They've got a print "Ugly Christmas Sweater" design right now that I just wish was actually in knit. Epic.

I have heard of beth being kicked out from enterprise bowling league for this reason but still wanted to give her a chance. She ended up changing the rules and giving money to her bowling pals. She told me I could take the money and rules and shove it up my a**. Then proceeded to tell me I'm egotistical and a spoiled bit**. Instead of making me feel reassured, it made me question why such a broad waiver was necessary in the first place. My first thought was, "If everything is as safe as it should be, why is a liability waiver needed?" Whether that's the intention or not, it created a negative first impression and made me less confident in the experience. The arcade and attractions looked fun at first, but several games were out of order, and the ones that did work weren't always functioning correctly. On top of that, the staff didn't seem interested in helping and often appeared overwhelmed or uninterested when customers had questions. The prices have also become outrageous. Incredible Food and Fun used to be an affordable place where families could spend an entire day without breaking the bank. Now, it feels like going there is something you have to save up for. Between the admission, games, food, and everything else, the cost adds up incredibly fast. For what you're paying, the quality of the experience simply doesn't justify the price. Overall, the experience wasn't worth the money. I expected a fun family outing, but instead left frustrated and feeling like I wasted my money. The service behind the counters, both at check in and ordering a pizza, is amazing as they always have a smile on their faces. However, it seems the last few times we have visited, the quality of the food has dropped quite a bit. Even when ordering a special made to order pizza it seems sub-par. When we used to order a thin crust pizza it would be hot and crispy crust. These times it seems they have sped up the conveyor on the oven and they've been undercooked and soggy. The thicker crust pizzas on the buffet are usually quite doughy which makes me believe I may be on the right track. With other arcades available in the area we may find an alternative to our monthly pizza/game outings. The atmosphere of the place is great. Like I said; those behind the counters usually wear smile and are of great help. It's fun to watch the families enjoy this place as we did when our kids were younger and we brought them there. Even better is 98% of those kids are very well behaved and are quite polite. We only experienced one malfunction of a pin that was in the gutter early on and no further stoppages in 4 x 2 games . The staff was courteous and pricing was on par with the Ozark's , reasonable . Two things I didn't like , food and drink are allowed in the pit and the scoring monitors are on pedestals and definitely in the way of viewing and impede you getting in position to bowl . We didn't eat but the cafe/ bar area was full on a Wednesday afternoon , so I'm assuming either the beer is cold and or the food is good .
