We're an older couple who enjoyed coming to "Incredible" over the years. Not only for the games but for the pizza and buffet. We get a good price as we usually put $$ on the game cards and that will basically give us a free buffet. The service behind the counters, both at check in and ordering a pizza, is amazing as they always have a smile on their faces. However, it seems the last few times we have visited, the quality of the food has dropped quite a bit. Even when ordering a special made to order pizza it seems sub-par. When we used to order a thin crust pizza it would be hot and crispy crust. These times it seems they have sped up the conveyor on the oven and they've been undercooked and soggy. The thicker crust pizzas on the buffet are usually quite doughy which makes me believe I may be on the right track. With other arcades available in the area we may find an alternative to our monthly pizza/game outings. The atmosphere of the place is great. Like I said; those behind the counters usually wear smile and are of great help. It's fun to watch the families enjoy this place as we did when our kids were younger and we brought them there. Even better is 98% of those kids are very well behaved and are quite polite. I was really disappointed with my visit to Incredible Food and Fun. The restaurant was crowded and felt unorganized, with long waits for both the food and the attractions. The food was underwhelming--many items were cold, stale, or not refilled in a timely manner. The dining area also wasn't as clean as it should have been, with dirty tables left sitting for too long. One thing that immediately stood out was having to sign a liability waiver. It was honestly startling and gave the whole place an untrustworthy feeling before we even started having fun. Instead of making me feel reassured, it made me question why such a broad waiver was necessary in the first place. My first thought was, "If everything is as safe as it should be, why is a liability waiver needed?" Whether that's the intention or not, it created a negative first impression and made me less confident in the experience. The arcade and attractions looked fun at first, but several games were out of order, and the ones that did work weren't always functioning correctly. On top of that, the staff didn't seem interested in helping and often appeared overwhelmed or uninterested when customers had questions. The prices have also become outrageous. Incredible Food and Fun used to be an affordable place where families could spend an entire day without breaking the bank. Now, it feels like going there is something you have to save up for. Between the admission, games, food, and everything else, the cost adds up incredibly fast. For what you're paying, the quality of the experience simply doesn't justify the price. Overall, the experience wasn't worth the money. I expected a fun family outing, but instead left frustrated and feeling like I wasted my money. Between the declining food quality, lack of cleanliness, expensive prices, concerning first impression from the liability waiver, and poor customer service, I can't recommend Incredible Food and Fun in its current state. I genuinely hope they make improvements because it used to be a place I enjoyed visiting, but based on my recent experience, I won't be returning. read more

UPDATE: Management offered no help with this issue. So be prepared to not be able to eat 95% of the buffet for FULL PRICE and not be able to take home the specially made gluten free PERSONAL PAN PIZZA unless you want to spend another $7 on a takeout box. So MEAL TOTAL FOR GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE IS $20 with no real choices for sides or dessert. I am a gluten free customer. I paid full price for their buffet and happy to learn they will make a cauliflower gluten free crust pizza on request for those with gluten intolerance. What has totally angered me is that they want to charge me an ADDITIONAL $7 for a to gobox! Where is the sense in that? They cannot serve my leftover pizza to anyone else. They made a pizza that is obviously too big for any normal person to eat in one sitting. I cannot eat 90% of what is on their buffet bar to begin with. This is extremely poor service and a ridiculous policy given that it was a special order due to a food allergy. I will never eat here again and tell all my friends and post this on all gluten free sites. This is not a gluten free friendly place. So first off the food is not 5 stars. Lets be honest the food is 3 stars. That being said this place was Incredible (get it). My kids absolutely loved this place. The food was reasonable, but for once the games were reasonably priced. We bought a very low package but were there for 3 hours. My kids range from 4-9 and they all had the most incredible time. The ambiance is very family friendly and welcoming. The staff are all very kind and helpful. If it is your first time being here as mine it is initially a little odd ordering packages they walked us through it. I will be returning for sure. read more

We took our granddaughter here for her birthday. The staff made a big deal over her birthday. She liked the food, it was very clean and fresh for a buffet. Great variety of food. I just wish that the pizza was better. I think that frozen pizza may be better than what they serve as pizza. I would have given it a 5 star rating but it's named Incredible Pizza! It was pretty disappointing. I understand with the way the place is set up you have to "buy" the buffet. We didn't eat anything but ice cream. Vanilla was broken. Chocolate tasted like cheap buffet soft serve. The real disappointment was the arcade. The claw machines are rigged. You waste money on machines that don't work. A lot of the other machines were turned off. There were glitches and the cards wouldn't work on a lot of the machines. I usually always add more money to cards but it wasn't worth it here. What an awful place! You're forced to buy a buffet, even if you don't want to eat and even if you're there for your grandkids birthday. The food is mediocre. This place is dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting! If anyone wants to jump on the trampolines, you have to purchase socks and pay for that activity, even after paying for a party. When you buy a gift card from a business you expect the person you are buying it for can redeem it and spend it how they want. Not here, they have a disclaimer on their gift cards saying they can't be used towards parties. How is it you can hand them cash, they hand you a card saying what it's worth but then tell you how you can spend it. UPDATE: We bought $200 worth of activity cards including both attractions and arcade but with an unusually early closing time fast approaching (9:30 on a Friday...) we still had $95 left to spend on our cards. No big deal, we'll come back tomorrow, right? WRONG! They won't let you in the door unless you pay for their buffet (which was mediocre quality at best). We already spent a lot of money at your establishment that we want to spend at our leisure. I mean, isn't leisure what this place is about? NOPE, this placed stressed me out instead... You'll spend your money when and how they say you can or not at all! We live 2 hours away so we will likely not come back here for a long time and with their less than stellar buffet and forcing you to pay for it to be able to spend the rest of the money on your game card, we'll likely forfeit the $95 loss and never come back. It's a shame too because the kids loved the games and attractions. I'm just not going to be forced to have to spend more money to be able to spend the money we already paid you and have to eat the same buffet twice in a weekend vacation to be able to spend said money. I mean, I had the same experience as anyone else who has reviewed. Do not fall for the 2 hour game card! We had 5 kids in the group and we left with two 2 hour game cards because the kids couldn't even play any of the games included! It's definitely a gimmick, yes half the games were broken so on a busy day there's no way to spend the 2 hour game cards. The bumper cars sucked, they are small and barely moved. My son stood in line for go-karts for an hour and did 4 laps on a tiny track. The food is alright, I only tried one piece of pizza the buffalo chicken and it was decent, I usually just get salad and veggies which are pretty hard to mess up. I like that they had everyone wear gloves to get the buffet. read more

It has been year's since I stepped foot in this place, but with a child now 2 I feel we will be here quite a bit. Here are the reasons I only gave 3 star's. The good; friendly staff, and loooot's of games! 4D rides, kiddie rides, arcade games, carnival games, go carts, carnival rides, and even an indoor trampoline park; this place will keep your child busy for hours! The bad; The under 5 area was ultra small with a hand full of rides. We were told it was only 25 cents for kid rides, but all were 75 cents; which seemed to be the going rate for most games. That's a little high if you ask me. Bigger rides were $4 a person, and the trampolines were $7 for 15 minutes?!!! I was a bit disappointed in the price gouging, I'd hate to take a family of 4 here.. Now the food, palatable, but bottom tier. For the price I don't expect grommet, but would be nice if it was more comparable to say Papa John's; instead of day old Little Caesars. Seriously some of the worst food I've ever had. The only good thing was the cookies. I was seriously thinking about giving this place 2 star's, but the staff and range of entertainment alone is worth 3. Definitely worth booking a party at; and kids don't care what pizza taste like. But I wouldn't schedule a "family event" here. You'll walk away broke, feeling a bit ripped off, and possibly sick from the two pieces of pizza you were able to choke down. read more

I still think this is a great place, and they've added a few things lately that deserve mention: a laser tag arena, a high-def motion-enhanced movie "theater", and even a vending machine across from the dessert section that dispenses bottled water, sports drinks, and milk (for those who absolutely have to have milk with their cookies). One thing about it has started to annoy me lately, however: the lack of public wi-fi. They have a locked wi-fi network for business stuff, but nothing public. Cici's Pizza, just a few hundred feet away, has public wi-fi, but not Incredible. The fact that Incredible's pizza and buffet are about ten times better than Cici's partly makes up for it, and keeps me from making my dining decision based on wi-fi alone. You are either at a kid birthday party, a boy scouts event, a field trip, etc etc. We figured this would be a great venue to have a family meet and greet that involved kids. The food, it's there, think Ci Ci Pizza buffet bar. Bonus - they actually have Goldfish snack on the salad bar. The games are where it's at, lots of videogames/games of all kinds for everyone, plus very cool to include go cart, race track and laser tag. This place is on a ticketless card system so any game points are added to your card automatically. My teens commented on how that lets the air out of your balloon a bit when you are conditioned to having tickets streaming out of the machine and walking around with a gob of them in your hand all vegas like.
