It was around 25 years old and it was leaking in multiple places. I had a quote within 2 days. Was on the schedule within 5 weeks. And the work was completed in a day. Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty. No leftover messes anywhere. The valley's were braided together in a way to prevent water from gathering. Much better than the way they were initially laid. About a year ago they redid my garage and I was young and naive with no family support. They took…read moreadvantage of this and charged me 3x what a building of this size costs. They didn't even paint it or put drywall on the inside because they knew I was trying to cut costs. They added unnecessary and costly things without giving me the choice (a giant beam that required a crane that was unnecessary for the structure and even my garage opener is one of the most expensive on the market instead of giving me a basic one). I have been pursuing legal action since. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They have no integrity and will do anything to save a buck. I also had them put in a hood vent for my stove at the same time and they put plywood on my wall instead of making it drywall behind it. Absolutely horrible. I hope no one ever uses these people
