I tried this place for the first time today. I was very disappointed in my pedicure. Very rushed job. Will not be going back.

We were totally disappointed with the service we had today. My husband and I both had a deluxe pedicure. The woman doing my husband's pedicure went through all the steps but so quickly that he didn't know the difference between a regular pedicure and a deluxe. His pedicure barely lasted 20 minutes. My girl also went through all the steps. However, she never put lotion on me to massage my feet and legs. We have had similar experiences before at this establishment, so we have now decide we will not go back there. Especially after paying $132.50 for two pedicures read more

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. My nail technician was incredibly skilled and paid close attention to detail, making sure my nails looked perfect. They took their time, didn't rush, and really cared about the quality of their work. Be warned! Sketchy with pricing and overcharging. They shortcut services. A polish removal, dip application and deluxe pedicure took less than an hour. I've had pedicures at other places last an hour alone. I've given them multiple chances and I'm done. I'd give them zero stars if I could. read more

I'd been here several years ago and was not happy but I got a gift certificate for Christmas last year and decided to give them another shot. I've been here several times now and the service has always been great. The new owners seem to be doing a fantastic job, looking forward to them continuing to be my fave nail place. read more

The owner of the store did my nails not good at all to be honest. He did not buff my nails or did not push my cuticles back so the nails are not on all the way. Ive had them about a week and one already fell off. They should last like 3 weeks for the price that they were. Do not recommend if you want good nails. read more

If possible I would leave minus 1! I went to this salon to have my acrylic nails removed. The lady immediately started prying them off! I told her 3 times not to pry my nails, they hurt and she was taking off a layer of my nail, painful and barbaric! Finally, she did soak my nails but it was obvious she was not happy about it. By far the best place I've ever gotten my nails done. How I judge a place is based on the bottom of the polish. Places in Grand Rapids and near by leave space so my nails look grown out a couple days after I've gotten them done. Lovely nails goes right up to my cuticle making them look like I've gotten them done for weeks on end. read more

My friend and I have been coming to this nail salon for 7 years, every 3 weeks for our nails and deluxe pedicures. She usually got Trang and I booked with Sam. A few months back, unexpectedly we got told Sam no longer worked there and I'd have to get my nails done by Andy instead. (Mind you I use to drive 45 minutes to get my nails done by Andy) so I didn't mind, I knew he had done a good job in the past and was very gentle. Well I sat down to get my old set off and get a new set on, he tried to RIP the nail off my finger. He didn't clip one side so it would lift nothing.. just tried pulling it off. I told him that it hurt and he did it again. I again told him that it hurt and asked him if he could go easy. As he proceeded to tell me that he "doesn't do easy" and then refused to do my nails. Trang finished both my friend and I's nails, so there wasn't any more issues. Couple months pass we call to make appointments with Trang, within 2 hours they called to cancel. Lied to us and said she was booked for over the next month. (She's never in 7 years been booked out like that) and since Trang couldn't do our nails our entire appointment was canceled. My friend had her daughter call and make a appointment with Trang and she was able to get in that same evening. So they decided they didn't want to do our nails anymore. After 7 years and spending over $150 a month with them, given them thousands of dollars they decide they don't want to do our nails anymore all because he was externally rough with me? IM TRUELY MAD, SO DISRESPECTFUL AND UNAPPRECIATED FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN LOYAL FOR YEARS. If I could give a zero star I would read more

I asked for black, white, and grey nails with a square shape and I noticed she was rounding out the edges and making it more of an "almond" shape. I corrected her and told her I would like square and she seemed extremely annoyed as if I had changed my mind last second but I did not, she just wasn't listening to what I requested. Once she started painting my nails I realized she used the wrong color. She got the black and white right but gave me an army green instead of a grey.. I was sick of correcting her so I just let it go because on top of that she was destroying my cuticles and was getting nail polish all over the place. Won't be returning unfortunately. read more

CASH ONLY! I didn't see a sign, but luckily I read the previous review and knew to bring a stash. Pros: Cheap Cons: Bad service, not enough room for groups more than two or three Reservations mean nada here. They'll let you make a reservation, and still not have enough staff available when you arrive. They will also tell you the wait will be "10 minutes" and not be available for at least 30 minutes. When I got a good look at my mani, it was pretty sloppy. It took all of 12 minutes to complete, so no wonder it wasn't good. The massage last a nanosecond, which is a peeve of mine! All in all: find somewhere else unless you need a quick mani and don't really care how it looks read more

The reviews here are old. This place is under new ownership and has been for quite awhile. It is very clean and well staffed. Prices haven't changed AND they do accept credit cards. If you want luxury and pampering, go to a more expensive salon. I have been happy with pedis and manis done there. Do they talk about you in another language? Maybe, who cares? read more

Seriously? Ew. Maybe living in Chicago has turned me into a salon snob, but this place should not even be allowed to have a license or be open. I should have turned and walked out immediately, but I was in desperate need of a mani. First of all, cash only. Not impressed. There are very few signs making this clear and I'm lucky I had cash on me, as I did not discover this until halfway through my mani. Second, thank Jesus I am up to date on my tetanus shot. I was seriously afraid I would contract hepatitis from this place and their dirty facilities/utensils. Third, day 3 and my mani is already chipping? Probably because the nail polishes available are all old and gross. seriously, shake those babies every once in awhile. Will NEVER, EVER go there again. read more
