But when AA cancelled my international flight, then rescheduled it, I called Benson back. He was able to adjust to my new flight schedule the next day. After checking reviews on Yelp and seeing all the 5 Star reviews for Andy's Cab, I recommended them to my Mother to use upon her arrival to San Diego. She called the day before her flight and was pleasantly greeted and given clear directions on how to contact them once touching down at SD Int'l Airport. Amde (I hope like heck I got that right - he & Andy are partners) was already there awaiting her & promptly picked up her bag and placed it into the clean vehicle. "He was so very pleasant" was the phrase she used for the drive to my home. Once they arrived I quickly greeted them both at my drive and found that he truly was pleasant and cared that she was safe. I found Andy on Yelp and called him to get a ride to the airport for my manager. Even though he was having lunch in a busy restaurant he took my call with a smile in his voice. He arrived on time to our location and though he had to wait because my manager was stuck in a meeting, he didn't complain one bit or charge her extra. She said he was very friendly and nice. Called Andy the night before taking the Amtrak down to San Diego old town. He responded immediately he was able to accommodate my round trip to sea world and back. Andy was waiting for us when we arrived at old town and when we departed sea world. Like having your own personal driver! He is super friendly. His car is really clean and in perfect running condition. His driving is safe not like the psycho drivers in our other shuttle from lax. I called and requested a ride from San Diego Hotel Circle to Carlsbad, a distance of 30+ miles and got a quote. The driver honored that quote. The driver was friendly and on time when he picked me up. His car was extremely clean and roomy. This was one of the most comfortable cab rides I've had in a long time! read more

The driver picked me up in less than 10 minutes and was very pleasant. I was pretty surprised by the cost, truthfully, i only used a cab because i was unable to download neither the Lyft or Uber apps. I was able to use Lyft for the ride back and the cost was less than half. read more

My mum had an obscenely early flight in the morning and wouldn't hear of waking us to drive her to the airport. But I have cab anxiety having had so many unreliable experiences and felt very nervous about booking a cab for her the night before she left. I called several with good reviews on Yelp nervously and they all said they couldn't service that time of the morning. I thought I would have to bite the bullet and settle for one of the 1-star companies, but Andy came through as my last effort to find someone reliable.
