A chilled and refreshing beverage, it combines falooda sev (vermicelli noodles), sweet basil seeds, and flavored milk, typically topped with a scoop of pistachio ice cream or kulfi and garnished with nuts. I will say, the vermicelli noodles took me for a loop. Even with the drink being delicious, drinking while taking in "noodles" ruined my desire to finish the shake.
