First of all, the service is always super friendly, the staff will take the time to explain the menu, the fact that they memorize the whole list is just impressive! And then there are the flavors, the list is endless, and if you can't find the right combo, you can make your own. I LOVE Bedford Snoball. I can't believe I lived in the Bedford/Euless area for three years without ever knowing this existed. We always made the drive to Bahama Buck's in Colleyville for our soft ice sno cone fix. Needless to say, I have regrets now. Bedford Snoball is the cutest little sno cone stand with the sweetest employees. I see a former reviewer called this place a hidden gem and I couldn't agree more. I love supporting small family owned businesses and this one deserves all the support! I often see the owners working right alongside everyone else and interacting with customers. We've been lucky enough to meet them a few times and really enjoyed our conversation. I think the pricing is very reasonable. Heads up though, they are cash only. They keep their Facebook page updated with the flavor of the day. My only complaint, if you could even call it that, is not knowing what flavors are in the cones. As with most sno cone businesses, they have all these cute and cool names that give no hints to what the flavors are. When we were in the drive through the staff was talking horribly about the last customers saying they messed it up on purpose and griped about them asking for straws which I needed to ask for them too because I have a little one. They messed up on my entire order too and even overcharged us but I was nervous about saying anything... they were so mean to us when asked them to fix my 6 year olds order and he only had 2 flavors so it wasn't a difficult order. So on this visit we had 4 kids and 3 adults and as a Harry Potter head I of course went for the butter beer (cream soda and butterscotch) and added a scoop of blue bell ice cream. Deliciousness in a cup! However my mind wouldn't let me stop there and it was hot so I decided let's sample some more!!! More you say, yes MORE!!! It was funny because my little person declared "let's get some more to sample" however I think we had sampled enough for today. They have hop scotch, corn hole, and seating outside. I've been coming here since I was 9 years old when my family moved to HEB in 1998. The past owners were the friendliest people on earth. They literally remembered your face and your favorite flavors. The place was packed every night in the summers. Everything about the place was predictable- the softest shaved ice you've ever had, the most amazing flavors. The strawberry jubilee was a dream, made with fresh strawberries. When everyone else was charging 5$+ for a snow cone, they stayed affordable and reasonable- you could get a small snow cone for $1, such a bargain for an incredible product! Based on what this place has been for so long, it would be the easiest 5 star review for me to give. Sadly, not anymore. My family and I drive all the way from downtown Fort Worth now to get snow cones here, because they are that good and that worth it- and we came this past holiday weekend. Under new ownership, the product is suffering. The jubilee is not the same, at all- the rich strawberry flavor seems to have been replaced with artificial strawberry and watered down. The ice is crunchy and hard, not soft. We got the summer delight, which is a scoop of ice cream on the bottom of the snow cone, and there was hardly any ice cream in the cup compared to what we would receive in the past- we kept digging to find it. The smallest size is now $3 instead of $1 with a large being $5. I completely understand raising prices in this economy, but not if you're offering a subpar product compared to what has been offered for decades to loyal customers. I'm so disappointed and write this review so that changes can be made and the amazing product that this place is known for can return! I am rooting for you Bedford Snoball! They have a pretty fast drive through along with a walk up order area. There's a seating area that you are able to social distance during this time. They have so many different sizes that you can choose from itty-bitty to huge. Look at that flavor wall. So many different flavors along with their flavor of the day! I chose strawberry jubilees for the first time with cream. This was the most freshest fresh strawberry taste I've ever had. It was so delicious and perfect. I highly recommend. I'm usually getting blue coconut and cream. I have also tried paradise and it is really good. I love that you can do a bunch of mix ins or add-ons. If you feel like gummy bears add them! If you feel like ice cream add it in! If you feel like whip cream on top add it in! If you feel like you want to try a cherry piña colada, they will make it! As many time as I've been at Bedford Snoball I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed it yet. I've only been eating their snoballs since 2015 and honestly, I could eat these as meals lol. Bedford Snoballs has the very best snoballs and treats I've ever tasted. Their ice is perfectly ice is perfectly shaved, not crushed ( no digs on crushed because I love crushed too). Their syrups an the amount that they put on the ice is just the right amount; and their flavor combinations feels like infinite some days. There are so many different flavors here...so many choices. There are so many great things that I could say about each flavor that I have ever tried but then I would probably be writing an essay. All I have to say is that regardless of COVID 19 or not, the drive through is always packs and the line out front usually have quite a bit if people in it too. The wait is never too too long though. I worked there. And while i was i saw things. the boss was offering his vape and cart to people, letting minors smoke inside the building while on the clock. He bought a giant bottle of alcohol for a 16 year old just because he asked. He does weird creepy things like feed whipped cream the underaged girls The workers do not clean properly and there are constantly flies around and its incredibly uncomfortable to work there. My whole family are big fans of Bedford Snoballs! I love that they have a little green area with benches so you can sit, relax, and enjoy your shaved ice. My kids are young and really get good use out of smelling the pretty flowers and the hop scotch area. Parking os the only negative here but it's really not terrible, you can park on the street and walk to it. The drive through is always a steady flow but it does move at a decent speed. If you pull up and see a line, don't get discouraged, it will move at a good speed but if you have very young kids it might be worth just letting them get out to explore. read more

Started putting ice cream in the bottom in the last few years. Snickerdoodle is also good. Used to live within walking distance of their old place off Bedford Rd. I haven't lived in this state for 6 years but had a night where I walked down memory lane... this is the best snow cone ive ever had. The fruit jubilee was the best experience I've ever had. I got snow cones here every day for so many days as a junior high schooler and begged my mom to take me here so many days after that...
